Price was holding at Teper and to dear life in the first. Teper ends it in the beginning of the second.

Impressive performance by Teper, totally dominated the fight.

I do feel terrible for him but I did have 75 quid on the Teper KO at 4.5 and 25 on him to win on points at 12.

Price just didn't look great in his last few fights. Knackered vs Zavarotnyi in spite of a not fast pace and nervous in his last fight. I saw Teper as being a guy who hasn't looked I. Great condition but who can fight at a reasonable pace and also has a half decent dig. For a guy like Price who has a dodgy chin and poor fitness I could only see one winner.

A lesson that there is a lot more to fights than how the fighters look at the weigh-in.

Ah well it looks like I might have to admit defeat in my predictions for the career of Price,KO'd in 2 rounds,don't get me wrong it was a cracking left hook from Teper but the writing was on the wall in the first round,no defence, trying shoulder rolls and no mobility to even step out of the way of shots

Gutted for David,he's a real nice guy and his power would be a big plus in the HW division,depending on where he wants to campaign level wise then retirement seems the likely option

Wow I was correct in my prediction that Teper wouldn't make it into the 3rd round at least

I hope price retires now. There is nowhere else for him to go just doesn't have the skills to deal with pressure and he misuses his size.

When Pricey goes down he goes down spectacularly, I ll give him that. D

I worry for him. He already seemed to be in a dark place. Now the few cracks of light have been extinguished.

I've followed Teper for a while and generally thought he showed potential, not the potential to be a top champ but to at least be a good EBU level type. I think some people struggle to get past his unimpressive looking physique, especially when he's next to an adonis like Price, and with the way Price had been fighting recently and his obvious fragility the odds never should've been wide in his favor.

Spectacular defeats but he is coming out with his brains in tact, because he's never taken a battering - maybe trainer, he makes a great commentator too.

Price should drop down to English title level and see if he can rebuild up to domestic level.

He should fight someone like Towers or Lewison after some time out.

Yeah if Teper looked like he was breathing out his backside in his fights then criticising his physique would make sense but he seems to fight at a reasonable pace for a heavyweight.

I must say, I never enjoyed watching Price getting wiped out there. It looks like the end for the big man, confidence is long lost, chin is dodgy, serious questions about his stamina when his chin doesnt get tested first.

He would be cannon fodder for big AJ so hopefully that doesnt happen at anypoint

I think there was bit more then that. Teper find it very easy to land. whereas did not get hit himself even once. Looked much better then Thompson in either Price fights. For a pressure fighter to come forward on a big puncher like Price and walk through him is an achievement. I really would like to see Teper in with some more quality opponents.

Did you notice how Price walked to his stool after round 1? He was already a beaten man.

Price looked like a light welter when he was going down.

Doesn't have that spark or aura of a killer puncher anymore, either.

Boxing has a way of rewarding the loser in belt fights(if this can qualify), so you never know - he may be able to get that decent payday.

I agree that he didn't look up for it. His will and desire to win seem to be at an all time low. How can that be? He only had to box and move for a couple of rounds and this fatty would've been holding you like his first date.

Teper just totally dominated him, 2 round blowout job.

Price was awful, tentative, fearful, pawing weak jab, stupidly easy to hit, chinny to boot, upright like a robot, no lateral movement, doesn't get any leverage from the waist it's all upright arm punches - he literally has no punch variety.

That was bloody awful, Price finished for me.

Teper's tactics spot on, put the big man under immediate pressure, get close and wing away with overhand punches, hooks and uppercuts. price had nothing to keep him off. Yet again you could see on Price's face at the end of that first round, he looked shell-shocked going back to his corner like 'WTF just happened'. Just not got the right temperament or skillset to be a top pro boxer.

Spot on, he just doesn't like a fight, he can't take it, only time he's ever looked good is if he can totally dominate his opponent.

The saddest thing is this Teper doesn't look like he's going to amount to anything at all, and he's just blown Price away in 2 easy rounds.

True, and one of the reasons I like to see a fighter beat opponents who give it a go before I get too excited about them.
