1) Klitschko is rarely in entertaining fights
2) Everybody already knows who is going to win
The atmosphere will be electric for this one, plus Dusseldorf is a fun town!

Live a little yer miserable shite!
Oh I get that. Enjoy it, and all. Just thinking aloud really...

I wasn't saying don't go. Just that I didn't see it as a massive fight.
No I agree, I'm really going for the build up and shenanigans, noticed the flights have shot up in price!

I'm going we have 3 x excellent floor seats (row 8 ) and are staying at The Hilton.

Can't wait!

Still think this is going to be far from the walk in the park that people are predicting for Klitschko.

Only David Haye has ever had shorter odds facing the World Champ during his title reign, and again only Haye had a higher KO% than Fury's 75%, so that coupled with Fury's size and youth vs Wladimir about to hit 40 has to give Fury more chance than many are giving him?

All of my lot normally do Benidorm in November, they've all said it will be a change. Ilikebeer struggles to find a telly showing boxing in London, so I'm not surprised he's negative. It's cost me £230, all in, should be good.

If it's on Sky Sports, there'll be several pubs within walking distance showing it. In fact, I've watched Eddie Hearn cards in the pub 45 seconds walk from my flat. Even if it's on PPV, a pub in the high street had the Kell Brook fight, so may well put this on too. It's only B0xN@ation that's difficult to find in pubs near me.

If it's on PPV, I'll be able to order it at home even though I don't have Sky Sports. I'll order it through the Virgin Live events channel.

So it's not a problem. It's only Spank Warren's channel that brings the issue.

Changing the subject, has anybody ever been to Berlin?

What would it be like for somebody to travel to, if you they were alone, intended to stay a few days, failed German at school and were intending to go solely to watch sport?

It's a great city. Stay away from Rambolstrasse though.

I nearly lost my left bollock to a Romanian street hoover.

Yeah I saw that as well, awesome price, although obviously the view will be crap with those sort of tickets.

Yeah, in most of the major cities, (though not in Bavaria) - almost everyone you meet under the age of 70 will speak excellent English.

Germans are generally very friendly and happy people, much more like us brits than you would imagine.

Berlin is frigging great. It's one of my favourite cities. It's a totally non-stop 24 hour party town.

I once went to the legendary Bar 25, and after getting stamped I went in at about midnight to find it a bit dead, I was told it didn't really get going until about 4.00 a.m - so me and the mrs decided to go to another club for a bit.

On the way out, I asked the bouncer what time the club closed.

"tuesday' he replied.

"No" I said - It's Thursday today, what TIME does it close."

He just smiled at me and said 'Like I said TUESDAY."

I'm going out this month and won't be doing both trips.

Hoping for a refund on my tickets as I can't loose the money from the October trip and afford to book up again for November.

Here's hoping anyway, feeling like I have been shafted already without not getting money back :yay:
