Has Wlad v Fury failed to attract the casual fan? It just doesn't seem to be getting any sort of buzz going.
You could be right. I always use my brother and mates as a gauge and he's not bothered about this one and has no plans to watch.Old bones Ian wrote:Has Wlad v Fury failed to attract the casual fan? It just doesn't seem to be getting any sort of buzz going.
After seeing that Twitter footage I take it back, looks like a bouncy castle.Nightmare Roy wrote:He's just playing games, saying he won't fight unless it is changed, it won't be changed and he'll be there tonight.
Bit keen? I can see it taking Klitschko as many as 5 after a cagey start. I think we'll see a more authoritative K than usual, cutting off the ring and (carefully) pressing.Tuan_Jim wrote:I'm guessing he goes down heavily in 1 or 2.

Fury for all his antics is a very good boxer, technically very good especially for a HW,we have seen him over the years get careless, getting decked having toe to exchanges etc but more often than not when he's stepped up he's boxed very well to orders barely losing a round in the process, the Chisora fights,Johnson and Hammer fights were very composed and i think this will be the tactics for Wlad,
Tyson knows how to use his height and reach well and moves very well too, seems very comfy when fighting lefty and i think that might be used on saturday throughout,Wladimir for all his accomplishment is pretty basic, effective but basic, jab cross jab cross with loads of holding and leaning,i think Fury uses his legs to get away from Klitschko and not allowing him to spoil, its gonna be tough for Wlad to pull and lean on Tyson anyway with the height
Klitschko obviously has a great jab which is his best weapon but Fury has a great jab too,not as strong as Wlads but maybe faster,IMO Fury is the better boxer going into this fight,he does everything better than Klit but hasnt got Wlads power or experience
Still if Fury listens to Peter i think he'll box to a decision![]()

fornicate off, you sound like a fornicating casual. Tyson goes out to Germany and beats a great champion to become Heavyweight champion of the World and all you can talk about is a fighter that hasn't even won the British title yet or fought someone that can punch back.AGM wrote:Joshua KOs them both

You weren't confident before the fight of it working and thought Wlad would knock him out easily, don't see much to crow about personally.bigjack wrote:Boxerbeetle wrote:Jesus, no way should Fury even attempt to box southpaw against Wlad, he'll be demolished by overhand rights within a few rounds if he does.bigjack wrote:All logic points towards Wlad knocking him out easily but i just have a funny feeling about this one,Tyson actually believes he can win and will be a real handful while it lasts,i have been impressed with tyson when he boxes southpaw and i'm wondering would that cause wlad problems if he stuck with it and didn't get careless ? i'm excited about this one though, the only other time i was up for a wlad fight was povetkin, but i think he was just too short, would love fury to win this so i'm letting my heart rule and have voted for fury on points.
