wow, really, 2 horse race and they aren't even taking bets?

a damning indictment of the matchmaking, surely?
Not on the first 3 round betting group they aren't. Only 1 bookmaker is offering odds.
???? Pretty much every bookie is offering odds on Haye 1-3.

But Haye's a part time boxer who's barely fought in 4 years. He can't trust his body anymore and he certainly can't trust his stamina. He'll get the dopey Bellew out of there as quickly as he can and hopefully buy 1000 copies of The Sun to celebrate.

Obviously their group round betting on 1-3 will just be the same as dutching 1-3 right now.

Seriously, as I was half winding you up last time, the people of Sheffield blame the ticketless fans of Liverpool for that. They wrecked Leppings Lane pubs and scattered sh!t about all day. They say genuine fans died and SYP were definitely at fault but without the ticketless hooligans, it would never have happened. They also say nobody was interested in their opinion and they've had to keep quiet all these years.

They are no better than absolute scum, it's a complete rag and if anyone in my line of work is caught reading it it gets thrown straight in the bin. My issue is different than the posters, I'm sure, but their coverage of Hillsborough was a disgrace as well

Mick i dont know if that was true i was only 10 or 11 at that time but the headlines and what was printed were uncalled for, telling the nation that liverpool fans pi $$ed on the dead and pick pocketed them? How unhuman can the editor and reporter be? I dont believe what u just wrote cause reporters would of been there and filming it with news crews after what happened. The police are there to protect the public on match days and they were incompetent on that day. Anyway mate i dont really wanna discuss it as i can take things the wrong way and it winds me up. Its a boxing site but some ppl seem to take pride in bringing this up all the time then ask "what have u got against the scum".

Dutching?

http://www.oddschecker.com/betting-tool ... calculator

Just basically evens out the odds and gives you their average price. If you wanted to put 100 on rounds 1-3 at the moment, if those rounds are 8/1, 6/1 and 6/1 respectively, you would put 28 quid on the 8/1 and 36 on both the 6's, making up a 100 euro stake. If any one of those comes off you get 252 back total.

Which means the odds are around 6/4. If the bookies are pricing up Haye 1-3, that or below is the likely price

From what I can remember, he came across really well. Seemed like a nice guy. No idea why you're being so rude towards him.

I met haye at a weigh in at altrincham leisure center and had my pic taken with him,he was defending his european title i think, jamie moore was ther and david barnes i had my pic taken with the 3 of them and tbh they all were great but haye did get bigger when he went to heavyweight so maybe he has changed abit. Tbh i give bellew a lot of stick on here, too much tbh but iv watched a few vids on youtube and listened to a few interviews,he sounds very confident but also giving haye plenty of respect,he isnt daft he knows he in for a tough tough fight, the toughest of his career but still has to be confident. Haye will still k.o him imo

It just depends on the moment. I met haye and he was very engaging. At a club, say what you will about him, he's like those axe commercials when it comes to attracting broads.

I'm going out on a limb with saying this:

This fight is going the distance.

I think Bellew knows the only way to frustrate Haye is not getting caught early and getting started mid rounds. Haye is not going to have it all his way.

Haye by UD 115-113 in a stinker of a contest. Hopefully the end of Haye as he's been in many strange, embarrassing fights over the years.

Agreed. This fight has absolute stinker written all over it for me. People need to rewatch Bellew McKenzie 2. Bellew is even more terrified of Haye than he was of McKenzie. Haye is pretty similar stylistically and it's going to be a long boring fight. I think Haye will do sweet f*ck all himself.

Audley was a stinker until he realized how sh*t Audley actually was. He could have done Audley in 30 seconds probably.

Bellew is coming with the express purpose of running and being negative all night and collecting the money for his kids. He won't mind losing a decision

He had money on himself in the 3rd otherwise I'm sure he would of.
