Yup, wonder if Sandland got cold feet ?
Sokolowski however marches on against Tom Little in Brighton on 27th May. Which should be a good fight as both are competent boxers but not big punchers.

He's fighting Darcus Howe this weekend - is it another Ko1?

Hmmm Allen sparked him in 2. If it went much further than 1, think I'd be disappointed.

Prediction: Dubois has a glass jaw. Okay I know there's no concrete evidence yet, but I'm pretty sure he froze for a split second when he was caught by that cruiserweight last time out, so I'll be betting on the other guy first time he faces a half decent puncher, which being a heavyweight, won't be any time soon presumably...

Interesting.... though I think a little differently since Joshua was meant to be chinny and showed a decent beard against Wlad

Although I don't recall AJ's legs ever dipping against the likes of Dubois's previous opponent
The guy looked like he could make 175...

Assuming we are all talking about the same moment , the punch that looked like it wobbled him, actually caught him on the back of the shoulder ?
So presumably just caught him off balance ?

Fury got heavily dropped by a Cruiser. All part of the learning curve

Doesn't look like a shot landed in that clip! Seems like it wasn't really much of note then....

USS is a world class cruiser who also dropped Mansour and stopped Huck. Mendenou is 3-2, has no stoppages, and looks to me like he could make LHW.
The clip posted suggests that Dubois wasn't actually rocked, but, if he had been hurt by that type of opponent pretty much immediately upon turning pro, I think it would be worth noting.

And Fury was a top ten contender whereas Dubois is a 19 year old kid in his 2nd fight.
And the way he reacted was excellent. He ducked the follow up punch & did what he had to do.
Mountain, molehill, etc etc

Well, Dubois doesnt even seem to have been rocked, but speaking in general, it's a strange idea to me that prospects should be immune from question and doubt, while at the same time something as basic as ducking a follow-up punch is labelled 'excellent'; that's a very one-sided way of looking at things.
Being rocked doesnt necessarily mean someone has a poor chin, but if they are rocked by a small, low level opponent without power, it's something to at least note when theyve had only one other fight and it thus isnt clear if the reaction is unrepresentetive of their durability.
If people look only on the bright side, they see only a limited part of a fighter, and then they get shocked at things like David Price being repeatedly KOd instead of tearing through the divison's elite.

Joshua had these same asked about him for ages before the Klitschko fight. There's no way of avoiding them. Dubois will just have to get on with things, go through the motions, and he'll get the chance to address his chin when it matters.

ah thanks for the clip knockout, so a red herring then, nothing to be alarmed about...although the way his head moved and he grabbed hold plus his opponent reacting like he'd hurt him were misleading..still I can't shake the impression he's not going to hold a good shot well, could be his build and thin legs remind me of someone.
All part of the intrigue of watching a new heavily hyped heavyweight on the scene I guess. Although I never thought Josh looked vunerable at all, he always had a fairly sturdy look about him ( and Price was a no brainer due to alarming amateur results )

W@rren should get Martin Rogan out of retirement and have Dubois knock him over at the Waterfront Hall next month...

Can they not line 2 opponents up for situations like this? Feck me he could have fought another 2 opponents tonight at that level and still only seen 3 rounds.
