Good to see Kud back with momentum. His fights are fan friendly and the atmosphere is always lively.

Durodola should be protected against it's own bravery.
The fight could arguably have been stopped after the first KD in the fourth.

Kud still shows some frustration by hitting borderline low; he needs to invest more on the mid section instead of head hunting all the time, especially when he has his foe in trouble.

But this was a very useful 2 fight series that will prepare him when he steps up with the cream of the division. Maybe he should hire Durodola as his sparring partner, i can't think of many other fighters standing to his missiles like he was able to. :OhYes:

...a couple of things I thought should be mentioned: :o

- not only the Russion televiewers had a chance to watch it free on their sports channel, the boxing fans around the world could also follow the whole event free and legally on the internet

- the idea to have a charity auction might have delayed the main event, still considering the nature of the sport seems to be a good example to follow

- none of the judges/referees represented the country where the boxing evening took place. :TU:

im not convinced by him at all. He's got next to no stamina,he was blowing after six minutes. As mentioned he has slow hands, gets frustrated when he cant land cleanly but the shots are put together too slowly and the opponent can just shell up leading to frustartion again from kudrayshov.

the guy can punch with both hands no doubt but i think he gets exposed by any of the other contenders in this division who can keep away from the bombs and drag him into the second half of the fight.

Kudryashov is not going to rule the weight class but he will be entertaining and he is a threat to whoever he steps in with, kind of an Earnie Shavers type.

There's definitely guys in the division that will beat him, but he'll be fun to watch. I very much enjoyed watching Rahkhim Chakhiev as well, but it seems Kudryashov is like a better, harder hitting version of him.

Oh man would that be sweet! He's already got 3 pretty damn solid names confirmed. I was thinking he might wind up getting guys ranked 11-30 to compete in this thing, but it looks like he's getting really solid fighters to participate. Looks promising.

Is his stamina really that bad? He didn't stop throwing hard last night, and I can't recall other fights in which he majorly gassed (granted, they don't exactly go many rounds). Also, while he is slow on his feet and with his straight punches, I think he can whip the hook out pretty quickly, both upstairs and down.

For me, the biggest flaw by a good margin is his defense. He does a lot of hands down shoulder roll stuff, but he's not particularly good at it and often leaves his left side quite exposed. I don't think he has the type of chin to take many clean shots from good punchers either...

The big strength, of course, is the power, which is a strong contender for best in the division. He has it in both hands and in a good mix of punches..

Well he is mandatory for Breidis now.

Also can you imagine how mental Gassiev v Kudrysahov would be. Two plodding massive bangers with poor defence.

.
For all his supposed slow feet/hands, he did a much better and clearer job on Durodola than Breidiss could.

Ya, although he needed two attempts at it.

No doubt he was hurting Durodola more easily than Brieidis was, even the first time around when he lost. Durodola was badly rocked about a minute into that fight, but Kud got careless and paid the price. This time he showed more restraint, and did the job he should've done in their first meeting...

He's a bit lacking in skill compared to the top CWs, other than possibly Gassiev (who seems more durable than him), but the two-handed power makes him dangerous to just about everyone.

Breidis will handily outbox Kud. Just a much better fighter.
