I just re watched the Browne vs Towers bout.

The first time Browne hurt Towers shows the power that Lucas has...

Nice short hook that doesn't seem to have much to it send Towers trough the ring on chicken legs :box:

browne deffo has power. if hes landing on whyte he can do damage. chisora almost had whyte gone.

but with his age, inactivityl, lack of speed and skill, i think whyte will beat him.

I reckon Whyte takes the win on points.
However, I would love Browne to put Whyte to sleep.
I was a fan of Whyte in the past but since he signed with Hearn he has taken on a more arrogant persona and I am no longer a fan.
Come on Browne...

Whyte has probably had the most 'Gloves are off' episodes.. every single fight he turns into a grudge fight when it's not even necessary.. it's not always the best way to sell fights. He probably thinks it is..

Like you.. I want Browne to win this.

Im sick of whyte thinking he is a gangster "if you try and do anything to me in the street, buggest mistake of your life" as if browne would do anything like that,he looks the most placid fighter on the planet. I hope he smashes whyte to bits

He really is a likeable chap.
And that's not just because beside Dillian Whyte, any one can seem less of a dork.

Is the Chagaev ko the standout win on both mens resumes?

Browne ranked Whyte as his 2nd best opponent after Chagaev

Whyte ranked Browne in the top 10, but lower half??

Is he for real? Browne would likely beat anyone on Whyte's resume apart from Joshua and that's a fight Whyte lost anyway..

I like Whyte, but he needs to make a statement in this one.

Browne looks like a roided up meat head to me. The type you see down the gym and outside the pub fighting while eating s bag of chips

Whyte talks a big KO game but I think he needs to box well to a UD in this one. I think he can as Browne is extremely limited as a boxer and appears to have no plan B game

He talks a big KO game everytime. Helenius was a clear but boring decision win for him.. Not impressive at all.

I agree. I was disappointed with Helenus as he appears to have lost all bite and was there for the taking. But with Browne, he's dangerous. A UD type boxing match win for Whyte would impress me this time round

I agree with that.. No harm in not KO'ing Browne.. A dominant UD would be good.

I’d suspect in the street Browne would have the upper hand anyway. Whyte enjoys his rudeboy gangsta self styled image, but it’s a bit cringeworthy. Him and ‘his crew’ spend too much time talking about how big and bad they are on the street. What do they say about people who talk the loudest?

He needs to box smart in this one. No point in taking it to Browne’s range and giving him a chance. Browne isn’t anything special but if he’s on form and not over the hill then he can beat Whyte for sure.

Anyway, these two are arguing over the scraps dropped from the top table. It’s not a big fight nor a particularly exciting one, hopefully it catches fire like Del Boy-Whyte did.

With the needle involved here it could turn out to be a fun scrap, I hope it does anyway, Whyte for me is the better boxer, doesn't do anything spectacular but does enough to win rounds against plodding opponents like Allen, Lewison and Helenius and Browne for me is a plodding opponent but with serious power, he was getting outboxed before stopping Chagaev late, I think his only chance of a win is by KO

I think Whyte will win a decision here but I'm hoping Browne can hurt him to make it interesting

Browne would give him a hiding on the street.

I'm pretty sure Browne will hurt him a few times, Chisora did and although respected its not like he's considered heavy handed. I expect a similar fight to that one, Whyte peppering away with his jab and Browne having moments of success (less than chisora as he won't be as wild).
