100% behind frampton for me he s a true champion not stuck up his own arse done a lot for his local community all round nice bloke not to mention top end boxer
He's one of the worst interviews in boxing. Second only to Callum Smith.
How so? Matter of opinion but he always comes across really well IMO. I've met him a few times as well and again he comes across a thoroughly decent guy.
Personal preference but I'd rather watch a couple of rounds of Hughie vs Parker than a Frampton interview. He's as bland as it gets and I know exactly what he is going to say to the question before he answers.

I haven't watched any interviews of Frampton in the lead up to this fight but I can transcribe the interviews he's done.
Carl, how has your preparation gone for this fight.
I've prepared very well. I'm in the best condition I've ever been in. Nonito is a quality fighter and I've left no stone unturned for this one.
Why did you make this fight with Donaire?
I'm a big fan of Nonito and it's an honour to step into the ring with him. He's a world class fighter and he's got some great wins. It's going to be a really tough fight but one that I'm confident I will win.
Do you think Donaire will cope with the hostile atmosphere?
The Belfast fans know their boxing and they know how good Nonito is. They'll show him respect but they'll also show me the support that only Belfast fans can.
What are your plans if you win this fight?
I'm just thinking one fight at a time and Nonito is all I'm focused on. This is going to be a very hard fight but one that I'm confident I will win well.

A few years ago Nonito was looking like one of the hardest single punchers in boxing. But he’s getting on in years and that was it super bantam...But his excellent chin gives him plenty of time to land one of those bombs, a left hook that is very bad news, so it’s a dangerous fight for Carl.
He definitely does not want to get caught napping

They are the kind of generic responses most fighters tend to use when asked the same questions. You go on as if Carl hasn't got a personality whereas I'd say he's one of the more likeable personalities when it comes to fighters from Britain/Ireland!

Donaires post fight interviews are eerily reminiscent of the older, losing, 'aww shucks I'm just glad to be here, he's a great fighter I'm honoured to share the ring with him' Shane Mosley.

Donaire has always been kind of a weird guy anyway

Yeah, ecstatically giving praise to Walters was a funny one.
It sounds like I'm being critical, I don't mean to be, it's good to see fighters who are gracious in defeat.
