In saying that Allen knows the crack so he has to pull his socks up pronto, an athlete should always be in shape, especially an up and coming boxer like Allen who knows a big fight is always around the corner
100% mate no excuses
True. Many boxers aren’t athletes or consider themselves as one. HW’s don’t even need to make weight. Shame.
On a proper diet and training regimen, Allen would have a shot at a Euro title @ CruiserW

I know. Has a lot of retweets. It won’t even sell on for anything. Ha! Unless Allen has a die hard fan somewer.

Burns looked really sharp there. Cardle looked like he'd been 12 rounds there not 3!

Cardle never looked in it, don't think he's ever recovered from the Ritson loss.

He had 2 close fights with Dodd and got blown out of there by ritson. He was never on Burn's level. He was always on a hiding to nothing in there tonight

Crolla looks very lean, muscular and vascular backstage. Great physique improvement over the years....

The women on sky is annoying, she doesn't ask any insightful questions, clearly knows nothing about the game, I suppose Adam Smith provides her with the script.
