11-15 Demetrice King knocking out undefeated future heavyweight champion Bermane Stiverne was a huge upset

My favourite result of this type happened in Youngstown, Ohio on 21 September 1987.
Louis Howard was 10-0 prospect with 9 kayoes and slew of amateur title including winning Pan-Am Games in 1983.
Wardell Langston hadn't fought a single amateur fight and was 1-5 as a pro.
Howard was lethargic and Langston ended up notching a split decision victory.
While often out-of-shape and hot-n-cold, Howard would go on to feature in several title fights and should've been NABF champion when ROBBED against Luis Santana.
Langston never won another fight and was knocked out in 5 out of his 6 remaining contests.

Shawndell Terrell Winters beating Teslenko.
Jonathan Rice beating Michael Polite Coffie and Guido Vianello.
Sokolowski beating Webb and Turner.
Carman beating Kean.
Kind of Vianello beating Makhmudov. Vianello was heading towards journeyman status while Makhmudov was top 15 not long before.

Seeing this old thread appear has got me thinking about Howard Claka Clarke. How is he doing these days. I hope his decline has been slow. Not heard about him for a while.
I saw Clarke fight Michael Smyth many moons ago and I thought he was robbed that night. I remember thinking if he put his mind to it and was managed properly, he had the talent to actually win a world title. Came actually not that far off that prediction and there have been far worst attempts by brits at winning a world title than Clarke vs Vargas.

Cracking fighter and far better than his statistics. Beat some contenders and was competitive against many of the top level contenders he lost too. Mayweather Jr said he was one of his toughest fights.

Mo Harris had a crap record but sprung a few upsets. Took the '0's from David Izon and Sergie Liakhovich, beat Jeremy Williams as well.
He was used as a sparring partner by Lewis and Tyson.

Kamil Sokolowski had lots of them
He beat:
Sean Turner 10-0
Nick Webb 13-1
Alex Dickinson 10-0
Naylor Ball 5-0
George Fox 4-0
Adam Machaj 4-0
Dominic Akinlade 2-0
Aj Carter 8-2

And other decisions didn't go his way that should've done, such as versus David Adeleye, and Kash Ali
