It's Joshuas right hand that is worrying him.
Whyte seems a game fighter. He wants a level playing field.
Why do you think your hero isn't signed up to VADA?

Huh?!

Not the same fight and not the same fighters. Just because Wilder v Fury cannot earn $50million, does not mean Wilder vs AJ won't be able to do it. One obviously has the cash cow in the equation and one doesn't.

With that logic, roll to 2014 when Mayweather says "I want to earn $200 million to fight Pac", having just earned $32 million against Maidana. Two things are not related. It is not the same fight. It is not the same two fighters.
Very well argued. But the difference is AJ profile in the USAis nowhere near that of Pac's at the time. He has never fought there afterall

In reality, Whyte isn’t a genuine PPV fighter, he’s one of the least deserving regular PPV fighters I’ve ever seen

Whyte isn’t part of this so called famous 4 either, it’s a top 3 and even if there was a so called top 4 he’d be rank bottom of that list and very much the B side against any of them.

I hate all this he’s worth that, she’s worth this nonsense though! To us it really shouldn’t matter, we just want to see them all fight. It’s annoying they are all carrying on like this. I can see Joshua’s point when it comes to splits etc but maybe he should just think ‘I’ll earn £25m each against Wilder and Fury minimum at a 50/50 split, they won’t ever see another payday close to that that doesn’t involve me, Fvck it, let’s do 50/50k’

If I had to determine any splits in these fights it would be something like -
Joshua 60/40 against Wilder and Fury, any rematch reversed.
Joshua 80/20 against Whyte, rematch 50/50
Honestly though I couldn’t really give a Fvck just as long as they get made. They are now all set for life financially anyway.

Whyte will do well to remember there’s a fair few cases of fighters not striking whilst the iron is hot and losing out on a massive payday and title shot.

Remember Rahman taking short money against Lewis and then less than a Lewis in the rematch. He’s still a rich pudendum and a former world champion who beat the man!

You watch him get fiddled out of it against Ortiz and then he’ll be begging bullshite Eddie for £500k a fight

For a career than can be very short i'm always frustrated why fights take so long to happen, there are probably hundreds of examples of big fights that failed to happen due to money and contract arguments.

To be ranked by the WBC, boxers must sign up for voluntary VADA testing.
Which belt was it that Joshua turned down $50m to box for?

Whyte knows Joshua smashes him up again, hence the ridiculous demands. Simple as that.

Dont agree - I think we’d all risk a hiding for a good payday but hes being underpaid and I fink he believes he have a gud chance
He has a chance in the sense that it’s the heavyweight division and one punch can end it. But realistically, he’s comfortably a level below Joshua and has already been comprehensively beaten up & ktfo by him.

If he’s so confident he will win, then take the £5m as a challenger and a rematch he will guarantee a much higher purse.

I bet Eddie is regretting trying to turn Whyte into a PPV fighter now. He doesn’t really deserve it anyway, and now he has a way inflated opinion of his own worth.

All HW fights. Just recycling the same boxers tbh.

What about Chisora vs. Browne?

Not got anything against them fighting, but why not make Parker v Hunter and then one of Browne or Takam v Del Boy? Although I think them 3 should all seriously consider retirement.

Parker v Hunter could lead to someone emerging or re-emerging as a contender.

I believe this was the second offer. The first offer would have seen Whyte get paid less than his Chisora rematch. I’m not sure what the third offer was.

This was the third offer. The first was around 3 million pounds; then 4 million; now this.

While I would have advised Whyte to take the 3 million and believe him playing hardball is too strong as his other options are limited, he has managed to squeeze a couple of mill more out of Hearn.
Fair play to him, let's see where all this ends up.

Dont really understand the hate tbh.

Whyte Vs Breazeale (would obviously prefer Ortiz/Pov)
Parker Vs Chisora
Hunter Vs Takam
Allen Vs Browne
Wardley Vs a step-up journeyman (Little / Sokolowski ??)

Seems like a good night of HW boxing to me. Would rather pay 20quid for that then say Joshua vs Miller at 4am.

Interesting IFL video uploaded this weekend from the O2 show which gives quite a good insight.

I’m not a massive fan of Dillian Whyte but if Whyte were to take (say for example 20 or 25%) for a fight with AJ for fight 1 then so be it. And as Eddie says, a champion making a voluntary will always have a remtach clause. Except the terms of the rematch still would have Whyte as the b side in terms of the money split. That can’t be right nor reasonable.

Eddie keeps saying that fighters should basically take a shit deal for a shot at the titles, which if they are successful will earn them millions moving forward. Except the fight after winning the titles will see them playing second fiddle to the ousted champion financially. Poor move by Hearn and a likely reason why deals are not being done.

Whyte has done amazing under Hearn and Sky and so I’m sure when all is said and done he will not forget that and will tow the line. But would AJ really deserve the lion’s share in a rematch if Whyte were to beat him?
