On a more serious note you can see what they are trying to work on. Even on this exercise AJ leaves the left hand low after throwing jab.

I completely agree.

His leading hand is always brought back to his rib cage. His head remains high and stationary.

AJ’s training videos always shows him bouncing in-and-out range, whilst moving in straight lines, which is predictable and will allow Andy Ruiz Jr. to time him.
