I voted Chisora to win by tko
would prefer Price to outbox him but am struggling to see it , he didnt cope well with Kash Ali who was in his face and leaning on him . Chisora much heavier and stronger so will be a hard nights work I think for Price sadly .

In any case Price isn't a bum and he was a highly decorated amateur fighter. He just doesn't have the mental fortitude and punch resistance to be a top level pro. I doubt that many people do.

While he is an unpopular guy, you still shouldn't talk about Adam Smith like that

Or the movement, the footwork, the inside work, the jab, the ring IQ, the reflexes, the balance... and dare I say he doesn't even have the power anymore. He really needs to hang them up. Chisora knew tonight he was just feasting on an overmatched opponent and boxed with a complete contempt for Price.

I’m putting my head on the chopping block here, Price wins on points, there I’ve said it !!!
It plays out like this, Chisora comes in uninspired and plods his way through the fight, missing with his swings, Price stays focused and jabs his way to victory, easy peasy!
I'm not one for ridiculing bad prediction because we all have them, but this was a right fvcking stinker.

Chisora is a bum , prime chisora at 241LBS tip top shape was hammered with jabs into corner against Kubrat Pulev all night .

Price is now a name journeyman , his corner had zero confidence in him last night, as soon as he was hurt they threw the towel in as they know he doesn't have the ability to recover.
It wasn't even that hard a shot he got floored with, Price needs to retire now.

Price was awful from the off and clearly did not throw enough , looked scared to fight .
Take the pension ..
Not much of a substitute for Parker.

Price did try and was attempting to work his way into the fight but clearly failed.
It was a fairly straight forward win for Chisora.
Price doesn't have to retire but his best wins are over decidedly average Britsh heavyweight contenders (at the bottom end of the top ten). He's threatended to pull of a good win against quality opposition a few times, but never does. He's certainly not a Kevin Johnson type who should retire if he's going to go in with world class or dangerous prospects coming through.
The problem is will Price want to hang around British level where the money isn't going to set him on fire.
Chisora marches on until his next defeat against a world class winner, but the two big differences are : 1) Dereck should make good money and 2) he's a couple of levels up from Price.

Well I assume Price could earn decent money if he got active and dropped back a level or two. He could knock people over for fun and build up a head of steam fighting once every 6 weeks if he wanted to at a certain level. Clear up the Tom Little level types and land himself another decent payday in another step up.
I wouldn’t recommend it personally but it’s his decision to make. He doesn’t look like a guy who loves it all that much when he’s in the ring

You could well be right lillywhite14. Fighting in Liverpool might be the answer proping up the undercard on bigger fights. Or topping a smaller show. There will probably still be interest and support.
Whether he can muster enough motivation to do that is another thing.

That’s what he’ll do - win another 2-3 then get taken out again.
I agree I don’t think he likes it either - but he’s now doing it to get as much money in as he can - purely for monies. He looks Gun Shy and scared to engage even with his power.
