10-9 Shakur
109-99 Shakur
Was it southpaw vs. Orthodox?
Yes. Ref acted like he was directing a cruise ship dance class.

Shakur acted like he was in with Hitman Hearns.

Still recovering from the darning needle between the eyes that was that 12 round catastrophe. :KO:

Last night was absolutely horrid for boxing. The pre-PPV UFC bouts were broadcast on ESPN prior to switching to Shakur v Nakathila and Pedraza v Rodriguez. The UFC pre-PPV fights completely blew the boxing co-main away, although Pedraza did his part for boxing, per usual.

Shakur’s no risk, boring as paint drying style should NOT be rewarded, nor showcased by boxing. It does the sport harm when it is.

Banish him to canland for the rest of his career. That 💩 was borderline criminal last night, and the cops he so nonchalantly disrespected prior to the fight should have arrested him for indecent entertainment.

Somebody needs to have a heart to heart with the kid.

Shakur is awful
Boxing is in its worst spot in history. It simply no longer deserves fans.

The Shakur v Nakathila dance culminated one of the worst weeks in memory for boxing. Horribly counterproductive.

mature win for stevenson, won every rd 1st was close , shakur looked like he hurt naka even with the jab, it was a good win very much a counter boxing win, swinging big lefts to the body moved well never really took a shot naka only sucess came when pushing shakur against the ropes though he was countered most times , i suspose the only real negative is i would like to see him be more aggressive

I disagree. Shakur was fighting someone at least two levels below him who is essentially a one handed fighter with the capacity to throw just one punch of note with that one hand. Stevenson showed no ability to get inside comfortably and while it appeared that he wobbled Nakathila a couple of times, he did precious little damage.

As I have mentioned, Tank and Teo would destroy the African. Doing what he did against who he was up against was not impressive. It left more doubts and questions about his potential than it dispelled and answered.
