Kinda run out of ideas. He’s 20 so I’m not concerned about the lack of power or the non-competitive fight just yet. I don’t like the 2 weight, at least, size advantage. McCann learns nothing tonight apart from that he’s maybe not as good as he thought.
Which probs isn’t a bad thing.

he is a nice boxer mccann , i think he could go far but the power is allways going to hold him back, he might aswell well just fight fights like these for 8 rds build the tank, i dont think he is a light a puncher, but

It’s not competitive partly due to the massive size difference and the lack of quality in the opponent…. Not through a great performance.

Yeah I know he didn’t pick him… but I can still rip into woeful match matching. This is his 10th/11th fight… not debut.

Yeah.
McCann is all right, Jurado was admirably tough, but jeez
These "good learning fights" should sneak on the TV show once a month not the first 2 hours of fights. :brick:  :brick:

Not asking him to be rushed. Just to fight a super Bantam and not someone be who can make light fly.

He got a nasty cut, went 8 rounds on TV. And as others have said humbled him a bit.
Got to make him a little better, Shirley ?

There's a world of difference between rushing someone and expecting them to fight someone who can ask some sort of questions of them and is a similar size to them

How the hell do you keep a young kid like McCann on the haribos, especially these days.

I hope he keeps focussed and keeps improving.
