ya great ko, but this is all pretty meaningless at this point in craw's career, needs a big fight
Shoulder roll, left uppercut, right hook, lights out. A masterpiece of the sweet science. A kayo of the year for me.

From checking the highlights, Avanesyan made it the fun fight he always does but ultimately Crawford started finding the target with big shots and took control before the KO.

What a complete waste of time, it was nothing more than a glorified sparring session.
No wonder he has to fight in Omaha because he can't fill arenas anywhere else.
Crawford is now 35 years old and all he's really ever done in his career is beat nobodies or boxers with a name on the way down, he sure knows how to hand pick easy ones.
What a farce this guy has become.

I guess TC and AB would square off at some point. TC should add this "valuable name" on his resume.
washed up Khan, Brook, Porter and then AB on TC's resume.
Thurman would be a good name too.
TC is a smart dude in handpicking known opponents.

To be fair, he didn't handpick Porter; Showtime pushed for that fight and made it happen.
Saying that, his 147 career has been underwhelming considering his immense talent and the fact that the division is smoking.
Too much time on the wrong side of the street, Bud, too long.

Fighting guys past their best, is true. Many guys do it. We may not know his true greatness, unless he fights Spence, but don't think Spence will trust him negotiating now. Maybe both can fight Boots and Victor Ortiz instead.

Crawford's career & 147 run has been underwhelming. Horn & Porter are his most credible fights he has had. Saying that, he still beats Spence IF they ever fight

Whats craws best win? gamboa? pistol? horn? porter? other? he has 15 pretty good wins. but no great ones.
Desperatly needs spence. but I'd say boots or charlo would do the job too. (im not quite sold on ortiz jr as elite yet).

I don't wanna protect Bud by any means, but by that definition EJ doesn't have a great win either.
If they care about their resume, they need each other.

What is the sticking point preventing Errol Spence and Terence Crawford from taking place ?

Money, fear of losing.
It definitely isn't marinating, the carcass is already rotten.

It isn't dead until one of them loses. Then it is dead. See Joshua vs Wilder, and Fury vs Joshua.

They probably won't release the viewing numbers for the fight.
Going by how much(or little) this match has impacted boxing fans, I would say not a lot.
It was a busy weekend for boxing as well. I'm betting Bob Arum is glad he isn't overpaying Crawford any more

Yes, to degree, but they can also age themselves out of the fight too.
Crawford is already 35 and whilst he still looks like he's in his prime, it's hard to truly say until he fights an opponent that isn't washed up or sh!t.

Crawford is at the very peak of his game. And i think he is the type of fighter who will be at top level even at 40. Spence will fade sooner than Crawford IMO despite he is younger

First of all, I am a HEEUUUUGE TCraw fan.
I was not impressed by his performance in this fight. He was too nonchalant about taking shots. While that can be rationalized based on a lack of respect for the power of his opponent, and a desire to mix it up a bit, it is never a great idea to leave yourself as open as he did in that fight. He won’t get away with that

against the top end talent of welter, let alone 154. He will get hurt playing that game.
Of course, his track record suggests that he does his best and most ruthless work after getting buzzed.

"Buys exceeded projections"..............with no numbers given on expectations or actual buys.
Translation: an embarrassingly low number they will never release.
