He'd have knocked Fury out 100%

On that showing yes.

Would Fury have taken Zhang more seriously than Ngannou? Most likely, but would he have still have taken him too lightly, quite possibly.

A motivated Dave Allen would’ve knocked out Fury on that night lol

Yeah, if he doesn’t knuckle down properly Fury will just become very vulnerable to any fit heavyweights willing to bring round by round pressure. In truth he’s never going to be ready for Usyk. Probably he’ll be wary of an immediate Ngganou rematch to, as the big guy will likely improve his game even more now he’s seen what Fury has to offer.

I do wonder if the fights against wilder, and then blowouts of washed up also rans like chisora and whyte, turning up for paydays, has probably overinflated furys sense of his innate talent level, at a time when age and lifestyle are also eroding what natural gifts he did possess.

A dangerous mix of confluences.

Zhang at this point would demolish Fury within 3 rnds. Soon as one of those quick whipping shots touch Fury he`d be sleeping .. forget about him getting up off canvas when hit by Wilder. That was a career ago .. if that left of Ngannou`s put him over and clearly hurt him, Zhang would come close to decapitating him by comparison.

USYK - ZHANG - JOSHUA - HRGOVIC are the men to beat now.

FURY - WILDER - NGANNOU are only names.

AJ has only failed to beat Usyk who is now The Man of the division .. he beat Ruiz who others here rate very highly, and by today's standard at heavyweight, got a pretty solid record.

Hrg beat Zhang ..
