When you see Efe at number 8 in the world, you realise the heavyweight division isn’t that deep.
Gassiev at #5 is pretty shocking. But honestly, I’d still comfortably pick him against guys like John Ruiz or Valuev, so the heavyweight division has definitely seen worse rankings before.

Yeah I wouldn’t argue with that.

It's the top 5 and then everyone else
Tbh I’m not even sure what the top 5 is

Catterall got caught by a right hand and looked genuinely shocked that he got hit that cleanly. But he immediately returned the favour and dropped Giyasov. Problem is, Catterall just can’t finish people. Giyasov was badly hurt and Catterall barely even tried to capitalize on it.

Hasn’t really affected Giyasov despite Adam saying he’s “never been in this much trouble”.
Obviously a cracking opener for Catteral. Now on with the fencing match.

He says that a lot/
He probably has never seen Giyasov fight before.

An early Catterall knockdown guarantees a distance fight

Giyasov hurt again in round 3, this time to the body. And once again Catterall can’t finish. It’s not even that he chooses not to — he looks like he wants to press the stoppage, but genuinely has no idea how to go about it once he has someone badly hurt.

Usyk followed by Kabayel, Dubois, Itauma and Wardley probably. You could probably put in Hrgovic or Jalolov instead of Wardley based on ability but they're less proven against higher level opposition.

Catterall is such a good boxer but so safety first even when he hurts you

Catterall looks exhausted after round 4, and the crazy part is he barely even threw anything that round.

Hmm, I don’t agree. He’s a one-trick pony — all he really has is the left-hand counter. His jab is awful too, genuinely looks like Dave Allen throwing it with his hands down.

How has this guy gotten to this point… and been an amature from Uzbek, and seemingly never seen a southpaw 1-2… defensively he is so poor, even with cateral spamming the same move it just gets through again and again.

Just seen the torrez v sanchez
Big result but have to say Torrez management has been pretty dire. It was like he was semi retired.

Giyasov has the look of a fighter who believes he’s going to take over, but it isn’t happening.
