Like Fury ducked Price and Joyce?

fury-wilder 4, followed by their wedding after the fight. followed by their first child tyontay, who is 6'3 220 at birth
They try to get divorced a year later but can't reach a settlement. Fury wants an 80% share of their finances, Wilder wants the courts to enforce the prenuptial agreement
that specified a 50/50 split.

Joyce as well now! At not one stage has Joyce even said he wanted to fight! He was screaming for the AJ fight! Oh, yes, the lads on here know more than JJ himself….

WBC could probably fix their rankings to also include Ajagba, Kabayel, Huni, Wardley or Yoka.
And to think how few fights have involved any two of those. The heavyweight scene's really healthy at the minute, we just don't get nearly enough legit fights any more.

Fury has 4 wins against them….
Usyk 2
AJ 2-3
Joyce 1

That's the sad reality of modern boxing when you have a diva like Belly at the top. Things are allowed to stagnate for that one big pay off.

Some 18% voted Fury KO/TKO. They are a funny bunch. Tyson "I-needed-150-power-punches-and-eleven-rounds-to-stop-a-stationary-target-flat-footed-Wilder" Fury, knocking out Oleksandr "never-even-been-knocked-down-as-a-professional-even-though-fought-against-noted-punchers-like-Briedis-Gassiev-or-Joshua" Usyk? Okay, sure.
Punctuation-seems-to-be-a-hard-thing.
Aww. How to tell me you are one of those who voted for a Fury KO/TKO without actually telling me.
Unfortunately, I didn't.

Just give up on Tyson Fury.
He has always been full of crap, and bad for boxing.
He has been more good for boxing. Dethroning Klit was long awaited and the Wilder trilogy was awesome.
Joshua dethroned Wlad in a fight that was 20 times more exciting than tue snoozefest Fury had. Wlad was getting old, it was only a matter of time.
As for Wilder, his team made a mistake matching Fury against him, they had done such a good job protecting the belt up until then.
And we will never know how anyone decent would have faired against Wilder because his team ducked Wlad, AJ, Povetkin etc.
Joshua didn't dethrone Wlad, he defeated an ex-champion and a contender in Wlad. Also, he was favored over Klit.

He didn’t dethrone him. He got him coming off a loss, 18 months later and older. And very nearly got done. And hasn’t been right since…
Joshua beat Takam / Parker then Povetkin in the 18 months after Vlad - before taking on Ruiz JR instead of Miller .
It is clear he hasnt been right since the 1st Ruiz fight but nowt to do with getting decked in the Klitchko fight.

For some reason I’ve never thought the Saudis are mad keen. Fwank and Bob have always said IF they come in with the right offer.
I would guess they massively overpaid for AJ/Usyk 2 compared to the coverage it generated globally so they may well have re-aligned their budgets and expectations.
Yeh, i think they did.. Saudi must not be making jack on these events.
dont see how anyone could cough up so much to stage these fights and then expect to make a margin on top ..

I doubt very much they’re looking to profit but they are looking for global exposure.
I’d imagine, for the money they paid, AJ/Usyk didn’t get them the same amount of exposure as they thought so have addressed that when putting the numbers together for Fury/Usyk.
There was lots of talk of them paying $80-100m for AJ/Usyk whilst their WWE shows cost $50m and the last one with Logan Paul would have generated far more global press/interest I think.

Of course you think he did. He barely dropped a round between the two fights. He might not have KO'd them in quick fashion but he conclusively outboxed them both without taking much damage at all.

He might not have looked the destroyer he was before but that generally what happens when people step up in competition. He became more risk averse in some fights but he was still comfortably winning them without knockouts. I would say his style changed in some fights more than him looking terrible.

The ref wouldn’t let Parker fight. Joyce showed how to deal with him. The ref stopped Takam for nothing. Del showed how to deal with him.

Parker was diving in with his head. Your hate is blinding. Chisora got a hail Mary KO when Takam was knackered from being him up so much.

I'd say it was a questionable stoppage but not as bad as people make out. Takam took quite a few unanswered heavy shots, wobbled a bit, doctor had been looking at the cuts which were closing his eyes. I think the ref was looking for a moment to jump in but you see worse on nearly every card.
Also if a stoppage is so important, was Joshua's win over Klitschko better than Fury's?

I thought the ref stopped it early but I felt the stoppage was coming. From memory I had AJ winning every round before it.

I thought Joshua looked pedestrian against Takam. Very non inspiring performance.
He won. Yes it was quite premature stoppage, But he did win.
He just did not look good doing it.
The referee robbed us of a good fight with the no infighting against Parker.
Closer fight than most obviously remember. Clear win for Joshua but could of been way closer if the referee allowed Parker to fight his fight. Something we will never know
