Yeah, but Gareth speaks with a forked tongue most of the time.liamlion wrote: ↑07 Oct 2022, 16:43I have just heard Gareth A Davies say that UKAD only tested the fighters once.Controversial wrote: ↑07 Oct 2022, 14:10My bad, yes of course, I was thinking it stayed in your system longer.jimmystone wrote: ↑07 Oct 2022, 12:17
Why do you get fined for driving 100mph on Tuesday but not for driving 30mph on Friday?
Eddies brown noser in chief chimes in
Mmmm , So they ask for the results , look them over and say Gotcha ,, your banned ,, bENN AND hEARN SAY HANG ON , HANG ON ,, WE WANT THE SECOND b SAMPLE TESTED , you can't prove nothing without that ,, UKAD and Vada say alright lets do it .Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑07 Oct 2022, 20:33 Looks like UKAD are gonna investigate the VADA Positive test. If Benn can’t prove his innocence, he faces upto a 4 year ban.
What was Hearns dream for Matchroom and DANZ when he left Sky? Cannae imagine it was this dugshite!
He won't just survive, he will thrive. Most of the big promoters have had one (or more) of their boxers fail a test.forcefraser wrote: ↑08 Oct 2022, 05:25 Very short memories in boxing. How else do we explain Don King still screwing fighters over and getting away with it.
Hearn will survive
Of course he will.forcefraser wrote: ↑08 Oct 2022, 05:25 Very short memories in boxing. How else do we explain Don King still screwing fighters over and getting away with it.

Case in point we had Valdez last year fail a test and still fight with Top Rank for a world title. Arum pushed for it to take place and made excuses for his fighter.1103924 wrote: ↑08 Oct 2022, 05:41He won't just survive, he will thrive. I hate PEDs and someone is going to die in the ring as a consequence of them one day.
The BBBofC need to be shut down and replaced.

It was at least a £10m fight with PPV and the O2 gate. I bet Eddie’s biggest objective was getting DAZN a multiplier on their current subscriber base. If he can show they’ve got 500k subscribers in the U.K. then it’s easier to attract other fighters and put on better shows.1103924 wrote: ↑08 Oct 2022, 06:04Yep.maverick23 wrote: ↑08 Oct 2022, 05:53Case in point we had Valdez last year fail a test and still fight with Top Rank for a world title. Makes you wonder how much money Matchroom, Wasserman and DAZN have lost because of Conor Benn's indiscretion.
That may be so, but something or someone needs to explain why UKAD didn’t pick up the fact that Benn had clomifenein his body when VADA did.1103924 wrote: ↑07 Oct 2022, 18:22Yeah, but Gareth speaks with a forked tongue most of the time.liamlion wrote: ↑07 Oct 2022, 16:43I have just heard Gareth A Davies say that UKAD only tested the fighters once.Controversial wrote: ↑07 Oct 2022, 14:10

Fury, very sagely judging the zeitgeist, invented “mental health problems” and played that card over and over until he had the public on his side1103924 wrote: ↑07 Oct 2022, 16:29Sadly, he's just the latest in a long line. Time heals all wounds and all that. It didn't do Fury any harm.rd350lc wrote: ↑07 Oct 2022, 16:25I dunno , I think there has been a massive public backlash over this and don't see it being that simple .Controversial wrote: ↑07 Oct 2022, 15:58 I have a feeling all this will be brushed under the carpet with little in the way of explanation, a few smoke screens thrown in, a lot of spin and misdirection and Benn kept out the limelight for a while until the fight is announced again
Don't think Benn's fights will be an easy sell for ever now .
You’re speculating. It would be good to hear official clarification.
Lol EVERY top fighters is doing PEDs now. You actually believe testing works?1103924 wrote: ↑08 Oct 2022, 05:41He won't just survive, he will thrive.
