iam a fury fan , boooo i cant remember the corny term team fury sounds wa.. what was it help please ,drugs is part of the game i would be huge hypocrite to condemn drugs , we cant escape it in any sport, lets face it why are sports stars going well into there 30s now, and also tyson wins cause he is 6ft 9 and can move that is the biggest problem for anyone

I don’t think just doing muscle building weights is ideal for boxing. Probably the MMA cross training approach is best. You are right in terms of recovery PEDs are a huge advantage. Being able to literally train twice as much volume gets you to the destination twice as quick. Steroids like Nandrolone help cut weight without losing muscle, so that’s another huge plus. Do that natural and you will end up losing a lot of muscle first usually. I think the big tells of test and steroid abuse is suddenly packing on muscle very quickly at a point when you probably should have already reached your natural peak - hello Deontay Wilder! AJ has done a few packing on and stripping off of muscle routines. If that was entirely natural the muscle wouldn’t just melt off like that, as it actually takes about 4 times less effort to maintain muscle than build it.

I’m the same. Our volume of training (and more importantly intensity) will suffer, and we need more rest. The PED head can keep blasting through the training. yeah just wrote the same thing mate i remember bulking to about 14 st 7 pounds nearly 95kg my natural weight is problay near 12stone 5 at the time and iam 6ft only after lifting did i look like i lifted with the pump after i looked fat, also it felt so unnatural with the that weight shin splints felt like i was carrying a back pack with weight plates walking up stairs cause i wasnt natural to that weight i was eating 5500 calories and was sick of the sight of food , and i was eating clean , thats why i know when i see ripped fighters at what 13 percent body fat weighing so heavy, i think khan when he bulked looked natty as he looked a bit flabby man boobs no disrespect but that is real in short time, usyk not sure he had a lot of time to do it with the covid also has a big frame obliques wise but i dont any onepolecateddy wrote: ↑14 Jan 2022, 13:05I don’t think just doing muscle building weights is ideal for boxing. yea tendons big thing took my tendons ages to catch up with my muscles like bench pressing when i first started bench all day then my wrists put a stop to that, also i find traps can be a killer you know the pain which feels coming fom back of your brain kicks in with pull ups or when straining anything, thats why i always very suspicious of fighters like saul, kel l brook as weights are so taxing to the bodypolecateddy wrote: ↑14 Jan 2022, 13:20I’m the same. Going slightly off topic what Wilder did was really daft for a lot of reasons going into the 2nd Fury fight. Bulking up like quickly that effectively resets your balance and timing and coordination. It takes a while to reset and adjust again. I think that more than the silly costume was the reason nothing really went right for him on the night. A fresh call out of AJ. What a bottlejob. He has bolted. Doesn't want anything to do with Uysk. I always admired Fury as a fighter but he bolted from a rematch with Klitschko and won't entertain Uysk.

Usyk has stated he won't be fighting until 2023 - and Fury wants to be out before year end.
Fury of course has no real desire to fight AJ - if AJ publicly accepted the offer then the terms would be ridiculous and no way AJ could accept them.
It's Fury being Fury and just attention seeking. Expect nobody more dangerous than Chisora to be wheeled in to be knocked over

But if the AJ- Fury fight gets made and is close, we can expect a rematch. I'm quite gutted for boxing. It's very hard to argue that Jake Paul etc are jokers when one of the Heavyweight champs ( Fury) has lost his nerve and swerves his best challenger.

Doubt it will happen , i think Tyson is just being a dick , But too be honest , i've never been a big fan of Fury , sometimes found him very amusing , but don't believe this man of the people shite for one minuite ,, he's shown the loyalty of a snake with his trainers for years ,, , when other promoters would of just offered him fights that were 50-50 , in days gone by his loyal promoter shelled out good money to get him 70-30 fights , and was dropped like a hot potato .
