Bob did an interview with ID boxing yesterday. Said Alex Krassyuk needs to shut the hell up and stop doing the negotiating in the media as Alex had mentioned 50/50.
Bob mentioned last week that Fury deserves a higher split because the fight would be in the U.K. and he’d drive the U.K. revenue.
Go figure.

Golovkin was based out of US for a while by the time that fight came around.

True enough, and it's not like Canelo was at home either!
There must be examples, but I can't think of any. Lewis-Tyson was 50:50.

Fury getting the first of what I feel will be quite a few reality checks soon enough.
He is an attention seeker who believes the nonsense him and his dad spout.
Usyk is bringing 3 belts and giving Fury home advantage .. 50% is the least he deserves.

Saudi are paying the big money to promote the Kingdom; they want good publicity, and the Fury's rarely bring that to the table.
The PEDs .. the Kinahan connection .. the crass things Tyson and more often John Fury spout.
I doubt the Saudi's feel they'd be getting anything for their millions from a Fury connection.

" we are working very hard to get it done. Hopefully...in the next few days..."
Groundhog day. Fury is running the clock down, and hoping Uysk will retire, so will it be Wilder, Dubois or Ngannou on the 29th April?
Meanwhile, Uysk's promoter:
"The only thing that can damage this fight, is Fury. Uysk is very flexible over money."

There was only talk of 50/50 if the fight’s in the U.K. He was seemingly fine to take a lower % for Saudi as they were both doing deals directly and Usyk got his done.

It's not like Usyk said he ain't shifting from what the Saudis offered him and pressuring Fury into turning down his ego and accepting a similar amount from them too to make the fight.
Usyk is saying 50% of whatever is being offered wherever it's being made. Don't come much more flexible than that I'd say.

If only Fury were as flexible as his wife. Apparently, she can add or drop 80lbs+ in weight, and alternate between 5ft 4" and 6ft 3" in height.

Why should he be flexible? He agreed terms with the Saudis, Fury over valued himself so no deal got done, Now Usyk is supposed to accept much less. Even at 50/50 I guess it is half of what he could have got in Saudi.

If you're including retirement, then Jim Jeffries was lineal champ until he fought Johnson, which was 11 years from when he won it.
