It’s hard to take anything anyone associated with Fury seriously anymore.

No doubt AJ will get the blame from some people if the fight doesn’t happen though…
I don't understand why it's put on hold.. if there was even negotiations..
Neither do I. It’s sad about the Queen but life goes on. It was less than a week ago where they were saying that AJ had just 24 hours to sign. Now they’re postponing negotiations.

They must be a nightmare to deal with.

Yes, I’m sure the nation and Royal Family would be horrified at the thought of negotiations going on behind closed doors.

"We’ve put it all on hold at the moment. It wasn’t appropriate obviously. That’s how we feel," Warren said to Talk Sport.

"We’ve put it on hold and will pick up on it in the next week or so. From our perspective, we don’t feel it is appropriate out of respect for what has happened."
Joshua accepted so we need to back peddle, in other words

The Queen died because of all these motherf8ckers marinate fights. Joshua-Wilder, Fury-Joshua, Fury-Usyk - nothing of this happened. The poor old lady just couldn't wait more.

According to Sky Sports. Joshua has accepted the terms for Dec 3rd.

Clever move.

They are calling the bluff aren’t they?

And if it does, and he wins, move onto the next thing to doubt him over?

It’s reasonable for anyone to have doubts re: Fury given the amount of rubbish he talks. I assume he’s getting half a billion for this as that’s all he’s come back for? Also assume AJ signed for it last Wednesday as that was the 24 hour deadline Tyson gave him.

I don’t think anyone would be shocked by it now. A few years back definitely.

Tysons fight all day long, always was and always will be :box:

Credit where its due though, AJ gone from a hard fight to an even harder fight in the space of a few month (if it happens) you don't get many men do that in this day and age

One thing for sure is that Joshua will have had perfect preparation for Fury on December 3rd if it really comes off ...

If Fury wins vs AJ then goes on to also beat Usyk he will have proven beyond any doubt that he is top dog in this era and I for one would have no reason to cast doubt - others may disagree but it is what it is - maybe people would say he also has to beat JJ but I dont see him beating Fury anyway as he lacks speed and mobility which would mean a 12 round UD .
Dont see a fight with Parker happening as they are pals and he has beaten chisora / whyte and wilder - so maybe Andy Ruiz if he was to beat Wilder would have a legit claim to challenge being a former champ .

If this all gets confirmed, I think AJ is cashing in his chips & good luck to him. If Frank etc manages to F this up, they should all have their licences suspended for making a mockery of British Boxing.
