Robert Shaw was great. My fave Shaw performances are in film adaptations of Pinter's plays THE BIRTHDAY PARTY and THE CARETAKER. He brought a crazy energy to his roles and could be funny one second, and worrying the next.

Anyone read his famous play, The Man in the Glass Booth?
