All of his best fights were with KK, I know he's got good boxing skills but if you think back to the Tszyu or Ray Oliveria fights, his best quality was his raw strength, he was just bulldozing people.

You can see the affects the CNP gear has on their fighters, like Murray, Macklin, Quigley, Jefferies they are all physically superb.
You could also say Hatton's best fights were with Billy Graham. Also his losses had nothing to do with poor conditioning

I really think he is in it JUST for the money.

IF HE WERE EVER ALLOWED TO FIGHT PBF OR PAC AGAIN ( as he made out on radio a few minutes ago) HE WILL GET HURT.

GREED - PURELY GREED.

I doubt it has anything to do with the money, I think for any fighter, but esp the top boys, life while easier is a touch boring without the game, also and prob more importantly, the bigger the spotlight the harder it is to step out of it.

Well considering on who are the ONLY ones to beat him , I think he has one more good fight in him so therefore ther's only ONE fight ,,,,,WE WANT KHAN WE WANT KHAN.

How most think that Khan can beat him has me stumped, after all is this the same Kahn that is giving his belt back rather than defend it against a guy that most would say HATTON WOULD BEAT EASY

He's on now on Sky- making excuses about why he lost to Pacman. Apparantly, he hit a brick wall.

poor wall.

Quote "I can't argue with the result?"

REALLY Ricky? He knocked you out cold. How could anyone even consider arguing with that? :OhYes:

It's the fault of his training camp.

Of course.

"Got more hunger..."

We know, mate.

....

seriously though, he sounds edgy- like he DOES have a point to prove. Good man.

Maybe not greed, the problem is Hatton has been boxing for what? 20 years now? Probably more and it's very hard to just pack it in when you've been doing something for near enough your whole life, some just can't let it go.

He did better than the first round for the first 2:50 of the second but I still thought he was clearly losing that round. If he was winning it, it wasn't hands down.

The interview tonight got on my nerves, tbh I just saw all the same crappy excuses that came out after the Mayweather fight i.e. blame my trainer, blame the training camp problems.

No matter who trained him, mayweather would have done what he did, Hatton's style was made for him, getting rid of Billy Graham has proved to not really have changed anything and judging off what he said tonight about the Pacman camp, his prep was a lot worse than Billy Graham would have done, as Billy was evidently very good at judging when to push ricky and when to rest him.

End of the day he got outclassed by mayweather and he simply just got out-sped and out-powered by pacman. Just be honest with yourself Ricky, he isn't quite upto it at top top level (no shame in that), stop kidding yourself about this or that was the reason, the more he kids himself the more I can see him taking on another dangerous fight and getting another bad result.

Just below top level Ricky still has something left though his punch resitsance has gone down quite a bit, put it this way I would bet against him now against most 'live' opponents, i.e. not 35+ year olds looking for a payday.

He did really resemble that unfortunate young lad who plays the drums (that big internet/youtube hit) when working the bag. His attempt at bobbing and weaving was funny - cause of his weight.
