hagler you always come on and give your opinions pre fight and you get it right the vast majority of the time which is not an easy thing to do. they say its easier to back a winner than tip one and I think thats true.
I hope you carry on posting your thoughts and I'm glad you clawed back the losses with the Groves fight.
Cheers m8, if I got every one right I wouldn't be going into work on Monday morning :TU:

x2
Respect for putting your neck on the line. I had a cheeky 50 quid on Katsidis by stoppage but TBH I was thinking of putting some serious dough on it too. Well done Ricky Burns and Billy Nelson, big respect! :TU:

If this turns out to be a repeat of the Martinez fight I have a one way ticket to the poor house.

Here is my comment from another thread becore the fight::

The usual is gonna happen here IF burns wins.....

He fought a shot Katsidis. Thats what everyone will be saying IF Burns wins.

IF Burns loses people will say he crumbled at his first test after Martinez. He is in a no win situation.

Credit to Burns for stepping up and taking on a true live opponent for his first fight in a new division. Win, Lose or Draw he can walk away from this fight with his head held high, hes taken on hard fights throughout his career and long may it continue.

I cant decide on a single prediction for this fight, my two predictions couldnt be further apart.
Katsidis between rounds 6-8 or Burns on a unanimous points decision with Burns arse hittin the Canvas at least once.
.............................
Fair enough i had left it open as i wasnt exactly sure what was gonna happen but already ppl are saying katsidis is shot.

Katsidis isn't shot. An off night maybe, but not shot.

He just failed to take the task seriously, had little game plan and then realised he was out of rounds and rallied too late.

Whereas Burns took it completely serious, had his tactics and stuck to them strictly.

Burns was very good and I can't believe how big he looked at the weight, I'm glad the Scottish have something to be happy about today, it can't be easy living in a 3rd world country.

Frustrating loss on Angulo which wiped out all but 30 quid of my profits for yesterday. Didn't see Kirkland winning that.

Heavily fancy Price by stoppage but John can be very durable.

We must be a 3rd world country because we don't have the means to throw 2 grand down the drain on dodgy bets.

There seems to be quite a few people enjoying the fact that someone lost a lot of money last night!

Thats what does my nut in about this forum, people seem to get great satisfaction when people lose money, I don't see the same people posting in the Betting Thread where I've had 6 consecutive winners.

I didn't do that much in after the Groves fight got me out of jail but I was still a couple of hundred down.

But the natives wouldn't bat an eyelid spending 2k on Tennants, heroin & fried mars bars. Unfortunately I'm working in Glasgow on Monday repossesing 2 cars so I best go and get my malaria jab.

Hahahahaha, and if Angulo had won no doubt we'd have had the story about how you stuck everything on it and made a big killing.
