Not so comfortable now, Abregu knocked the shit out of him with that right. He's damn lucky to have made it out of that round. He will likely be in trouble again in the 4th

Dulorme doesn't have the typical PR tweezed eyebrows, but Abregu did a good job of tweezing them for him with those punches.

Good 4th for Abregu as well, not so sure Dulorme's turning southpaw will continue to work out, but it at least started to help him avoid the right.

38-37 Abregu.

Good 5th for Dulorme, southpaw's working so far. I'm a bit worried he made have some sort of serious injury with Max's comments about his eyes when he gets hit. Let's hope it's not too dangerous, the Doc's need to watch him though

SouthpawStephen wrote:I think Roy is wrong. Dulorme did the right thing by turning southpaw. Abregu was starting to throw the counter right just as he saw Dulorme throw a jab. By going southpaw he eliminates that out of the equation.
Agreed.

Good 6th for Abregu. He seems to be pretty sharp at figuring out how to time Dulorme, despite the fact that Dulorme is showing equally good skills in both conventional and southpaw stance

Dulorme's corner stops it after Dulorme KD'd bad.

Another knockdown and the TKO comes for Abregu. Big win for him, Dulorme has some damn fine offensive skills, definitely has to work on his defense for the right.

If DW, Gil and I scored every fight, I think we would have far fewer screwed up decisions.

Indeed, how do we go about getting that job?
SouthpawStephen wrote:A good thing it was stopped, Dulorme could have very well suffered a concussion after the first KD from the way Max was describing his eye movements proceeding the first KD.
I was thinking that too. I hope Dulorme is ok, I'm sure he'll be taken to the hospital for good measure.

Good stoppage. Congrats.

Dulorme really got nailed.
He ain't the next Tito or Cotto, that's for sure.
This is the kind of test Cotto faced v. Torres. He came through.
Alberto Cortes had Tito down twice in the second; Tito finished him off the next round.

Roy had a bad night tonight.
Not only did he sort of compare Mayfield to Tyson, he also said we might have the next Marvin Hagler in the fifth round of Dulorme/Abregu (referring to Dulorme).
Kellerman interjected, "Minus the chin."

Dulorme ain't on Marv's planet, Roy.

Fightnews is calling Abregu/Dulorme a "shocker." I'm not shocked.
