I thought Groves looked less sure of himself than previously, however, Froch always seems to grow in confidence the more people are in between the two of them.

Groves has to be really careful not to freeze, but I think I might have a flutter on George if Coral's are still offering 3/1.

Poor bastard
I went to school with a kid called Ben David Stiff.

Ben D Stiff.

His parents were bastards. If that's your surname, change it by deed pole don't saddle your poor kid with it. And then to do that to him! Fuckers.

I know a Wayne Cass. He changed his name to Chris, for some reason.

Last time I saw someone do the throat cutting gesture at a weigh in it was Hatton v Mayweather; Groves was very cool at the weigh in.

Groves had some cheers and there were some boos for Froch - the commentators did not acknowledge this.

Actually, I also used to know a Carl Groves. Coincidence? I think not.....

Froch said if Groves had been more humble and more respectful and that Froch didn't want to blow his own trumpet; he has issues.

I noticed they ignored the Froch boos.
Maybe because they were much quieter than the loud boos that Groves got, and were mostly drowned out by cheering.

I thought there was an agenda shown by the SKY team; not everyone is wanting Froch to win.

I don't know, I watched it via the Mail online so there was no commentary. I've still got it going, Froch is being interviewed and is still being cheered.

I thought Froch looked noticeably bigger. George being interviewed with Haye now. Can't hear what he's saying. Are you getting that on Sky?

I thought Froch looked noticeably taller aswell today whereas in a lot of the head to heads *maybe he was wearing cuban heels* there didnt look much in it.

No I heard it OK, there was some sort of interview going on on the stage behind. Jim Watt is pleased with how Groves has handled it all; Groves sounds confident and not overawed.

I think he truly believes he's going to win. They both do. All this talk of one being afraid of the other is silly. Froch admitted that he was nervous in his interview I noticed, but he saw this as a bonus. I know you want Groves to win, Palooka, so good luck for your boy. But I will never root against Froch, even though I like George (well, maybe if Calzaghe came out of retirement I might find a way) and honestly Froch is favorite for a reason.

Well, let's see what happens tomorrow.

What did Haye have to say out of interest?

When I saw the head to head, I thought Groves looked intimidated, but watching iFilm's interview with him, I'm not so sure. Maybe it was just his muttering style. I definitely don't think there's any problem with Froch.

Not a great deal to be honest, he just asked about Groves coming in 2lbs under the limit and whether that was a reflection of how hard he has trained.

I do want Groves to win; I'm not keen on Froch, he can't handle any sort of questioning or dissent and imagines he ought to be given massive respect, any critism of him is a critique of the entire sport. I prefer Groves and think he can win.

Hope it's a good fight and I understand that Froch is favourite for a reason - Matthesse was favourite over Garcia a few weeks ago and I made a little bit off Garcia.

I wonder if Daddy Froch did not show the massive International Superstar enough respect.
No, apparently he told him off once when he was 5. Didn't show him any respect.

As much as I'd love this to be a great fight and lead to a series of fights I just get the feeling the ring is going to be littered with shards of ginger by half 11 tomorrow night.
