Sciatica since i was 19 prevented me ever doing much.but for 6 months in 2005 i was able to concentrate on deadlift and managed 150kg x1 atvmy usual 160lbs.
After that i only ever did rack pulls from the knee and got to 220 x 2reps .never used straps ever.i know pretty weak.

I want your opinions .where do u guys rate knee rack pulls compared to deadlifts.

Am i pusssy hoe for foing rack pulls
