Off course it does - if Roy Jones fought Danny Williams at Heavyweight and won - would he move into the top 10.

When Ricky has been losing and fighting at Light Welter in the last 2 years, fighters like Flanagan and Crolla have been beating (okay not officially for Crolla) at world level. Flanagan has also beaten Ormond, who beat Derry Matthews who has also done well in these last 2 years.

You cannot keep a fighter at #1 in a division he hasn't won in 2 years. Especially when others have moved onto world level themselves in this period.

I make it 4-2 to Rose but with half the fight to go Rose better have a lot left coz he can't hurt Jones.

Cracking fight,Rose playing Jones at his own game, he's not using much lateral movement so hopefully Brian's engine doesnt pack out

Yes, I can.

Neither Crolla or Flanagan are proven world level fighters.

Neither is Burns anymore at Lightweight.

One thing Crolla did was proven himself world class with his draw against Perez.
