part 2 clearly states that both fighters are to have anti doping tests before or after the championship bout.

And in this twitter exchange Green states after Tarver got busted against Kayode that Tarver may have dodged a bullet as neither man was tested.

No drug tests despite it being IBO rules. The IBO letting Green fight Siaca,Briggs and the inactive Flores abusing hospital staff leaving after the police were called. Some people find that highly suspicious why was there no tests when Green himself states that he dwarfed State of Origin players yet made weight and retained strength?
Where is your proof? That doesn't even qualify as conjecture.

Well it's a bit hard to get proof when Phil Austin's golden boy doesn't get tested(despite it being IBO policy). Are you unable to connect the dots? The IBO rules clearly states that urine samples must be tested before and after each championship fight. Tarver was busted in his next fight Green was roundly condemned after the Briggs fight which was held at 84kg(6.7kg below the cruiserweight limit). Green himself says that neither was tested and Tarver failed a drug test in his very next fight. IMO Green started using steroids after the Briggs fight when his Dannyweight nonsense blew up in his face
