Of course you can but it's hardly an exact science. I happen to think that Frampton beats Rigo but it's a subjective sport. There's a lot to think about when two top level guys face off. It comes down to more than who's the better boxer or who punches harder... Frampton has the tools to beat Rigo and Rigo has the tools to beat Carl. It all comes down to the night they fight ( if they do)

Personally I think the fact that Frampton has done everything possible to avoid the Rigo fight suggests he doesn't think he would win...

Caught the last half of the fight, all 5rounds I watched you could have given it either way.

I think if it comes to Belfast, you might see a similar fight with a,different result.

see what you are saying apart from the 11th that was clearly LSC's in my mind .

The first half of the fight Santa Cruz was just slightly better behind the jab .

The right man got the nod in a closely contested fight. I had Santa Cruz winning by 2 rounds but would be interested to see the 3 scorecards, Id imagine there werent many rounds that any guy took on all 3 scorecards and that would show how close the fight was. Santa Cruz did however win a couple of rounds quite clearly and those I did score for Frampton could have easily went the other way.

It wasnt a barnstormer but I enjoyed it, well matched fighters. I was confident that Framptob was gonna win beforehand but think I underestimated Santa Cruz ability to stick to a gameplan.

Both guys come away with reputations intact with options for further paydays

The Frampton v Rigo ducking talk annoys me big time.

The ducking talk should be directed to Scott Quigg who was paraded as a legitimate world champion for years when he wasn't also Joe Gallagher and Hearn were as clear as day that they would never fight him even though it could easily have been made before they fought Frampton.

He was the one who should have been calling Rigo because Rigo was the legitimate WBA champion. Yet the WBA never mandated them to fight and if they did Quigg would have moved up to featherweight quicker than Usian bolt can run 100metres. They then stripped Rigo so they can get a piece of that Frampton Quigg money.

Yes I know Rigo was mandated to fight the winner but moving up a weight division to fight another top class fighter is not a duck.

Strange performance from Frampton, seemed to neglect his boxing n go for power shots, maybe got carried away with the fact he was ko' ing sparring partners.

His fights make Malik Scott vs Luis Ortiz look like Hagler vs Hearns.

He is genuinely the most boring fighter out there today with a personality about as interesting as a pair of old boots in my closet.

The most frustrating thing is he seems too thick to understand why people don't care about him as a fighter. Dropped by every major network and fighting for peanuts. Travelling to Japan for fights. This is a guy who has p4p power and all the talent to genuinely be number 1 p4p. It's not like he doesn't have the talent to blast the likes of Dickens out in a matter of minutes. He hemmed and hawwed against Donaire when he had him figured out. So many cases where he could easily have pushed for a good finish in fights but he doesn't seem to have the intellect to do that.
