Eddie Hearn is an absolute disgrace, he is handling his fighters so poorly that I start wanting them to lose when I shouldn't do.
Don't you start as well, you know as well as everyone that they'd invested in a fight with Klitchko which fell through for reasons beyond their control. I'd love to know what you'd be doing different in the same situation.
Put Joshua in with someone in the top 40.
You've got access to the IBF rankings, who would you have him up against?

Anyone else in the IBF top 15. Considering what's available Duhaupas is probably the most viable.

Johann Duhaupas is set to fight Carlos Takam for the WBC Silver belt in either December '16 or January '17.

Try again.

As for Price being bigger than he was? Means nothing, certainly not from a positive angle. Fighters carrying 25lbs more than they need to rarely improve as a consequence! It's no more than a confidence tactic. He and his team are trying to convince Price that adding more weight means he'll suddenly lose his glass chin.

I'd genuinely prefer Molina or Jennings. At the very least we can compare how Joshua does against either of them to how Wilder and Wlad got on etc

Either way Arreola did him in a round so anything he does is a let down if its not over in a round
Perhaps, but he took Wilder a few. Thats a more relative comparison as he is a belt holder, and Jennings has recently fought both Wlad and Ortiz, two elite heavies.
Imagine not being able to finish Price as quickly as Teper did! Now there's a letdown :OhYes:
Never thought of that

Just a thought but what about a big name from America. A former world champion that has worked his way into the public's view after fighting back from the wilderness. The man "ducked" by one of Britain's best heavyweights of recent years and by Klitschko. Gentlemen, I give you......

....Shannon Briggs*

Forget the top 15 IBF rankings they can match Joshua with whoever they want (they don't want too)

If he fights his mandatories (who will be bums) surely he is free to fight in a none title fight ? And if not bin the joke belt

If you generate millions in revenue you can buy yourself another plastic belt

I was thinking about this. Joshua vs Price on ppv could be considered illegal. It's against the laws of business legislation.

https://www.gov.uk/marketing-advertising-law/overview

All marketing and advertising should be:
.an accurate description of the product or service
.decent
.truthful
.honest

Joshua vs Price for £17 on ppv on top of the sky sports subscription fees that already have to be paid is none of the above. It shouldn't be allowed in an ideal world.

Molina showed his toughness in the Wilder fight. But the fact that it's being debated as who is worse between Price or Molina just shows what a poor title defence this is for Anthony Joshua. Also pretty hilarious that Molina or Price will probably be his best win.

Price can win. Which is more than any other AJ opponent. For that reason, I would buy it.

Anyone genuinely believe that Price does t beat every name on AJ's record?

Don't get me wrong, I think AJ beats him early but it's no worse a fight than any other AJ fight so far.

Breazeale and Whyte could both likely beat Price.

I'd bet on Whyte, Martin and Breazele to all beat Price. Maybe Kingpin as well.

Whyte probably beats Price pretty comfortably for me.

Well as far as I am aware, the purse bid has already been won, so I don't know if cancelling the fight would be even possible. I don't know any details regarding contracts, but the fact his name isn't being mentioned, I'm assuming he's otherwise tied up.

Or maybe he's just a gigantic threat to ruin Joshua's perfect KO record?

How could Kingpin beat him? He could barely even hold his arms up, let alone throw a punch.

Martin is smaller and less powerful than Price, and showed no concept of how to beat someone bigger than himself. His chin is nothing special either.

A gigantic threat to go the full distance yeah. Don't underestimate his chin.

I doubt that Price goes undefeated against Whyte, Martin, and Breazeale.

How can we say he's above that level when he's been stopped in 5 or under each time he moved beyond the Sam Sextons and old Audleys of the world? Ya, he's really tall and a good puncher, but he also has virtually no jab, is afraid to let his hands go, can't hold a shot, and gasses quickly. Someone like Breazeale is crude and slow as fornicate (similar to TT and Teper), but I can easily see him plugging away and grinding Price down.

Sorry but Dillian Whyte is terrible. Eddie manufactured a way to avoid him fighting Sam Sexton as he knows his limitations and he may have been exposed against a domestic level opponent, blowing away a lucrative AJ rematch. There is no way he beats Price.

Breazeale is the only one who legitimately might wear him down. Would still fancy the plumber from Liverpool though.
