Yeh, they’re likely to get a guaranteed purse of maybe just over £1m and then after sales, it might just hit £2m.. I don’t think they’ll be earning more than that..

That would be more of a base plus a cut. Flat fee is just that. No % of shvt. Just the fee.

I seriously thought DeGale had chucked away his value along with the belt. Seems not, according to Eddie.
If he makes a good wedge without the belt, good luck to him, but in my view this is a nothing fight.
There is no beef, no belt, no real rankings at stake, no need for a PPV. And I ain't paying.

I’m not gonna call it a flat fee, i’m gonna call it a guaranteed base purse. They’ll make over $1m guaranteed definately. The PPV revenue, call it a bonus on top of their guaranteed pay.

So if the PPV don’t break even, at least they still get their guaranteed pay.

They are Britain's most prolific boxers who both look like total amateurs in the ring. It's going to be such a poor display of boxing.

Eubank has never beaten anyone (AA was totally shot). Degale has lost to Groves (I had Degale the winner by a single point) Truax and I think it was Medina who I thought beat Degale too. Which was the biggest maniuplation of the compubox stats until Joshua vs Povetkin. Where Joshua threw and "landed" more punches in every single round than Povetkin did .

Degale did have a close fight with Jack, Groves and Bute (imo). So he gets my nod but he does look totally finished now. Maybe not to the point where Eubank can beat him though. I think Gegale should have jumped ship with Jim Mcdonnell a few years ago.

They should bill this fight like the WWE. "Loser leaves boxing forever". As who ever gets beat in this fight really is done for. The winner though will probably rematch George Groves and he beats both of these.
