He did take a risk fighting Wilder, and his comeback story was nothing short of inspiring, but why does he get a free pass fighting sub par opposition, while Josua, who possesses the superior record, is getting grief for 'treading water'
Makes no sense to me
Fury no1
Wilder no2
Joshua no3
Thats how i rank them.

20 kos in round 1 is scary power whatever way you look at it. Maybe the opposition isnt brilliant but you still have to do it. More so when your boxing skill isnt world class.
Hes a very hard hitter no matter who hes fought hes put them all on their backside

That's a fair statement, calling him the hardest hitter EVER isn't.

Well when he kos joshua some folk might change their mind. Im just saying what i think he has power that is off the chart
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Dominic Breazeale on Sky Sports - 18 May 2019
I'd change Joshua and Wilder, AJ resume is better.

In the super slow mo of the KO the falling Breazeale's tits are themselves windmilling, like they're impersonating Wilder.
Such a strange era. Wilder is so ungainly, his strategy so obvious, but his opponent's are so fat and untutored in the sweet science they walk into his big socking right one after another. Good scary KO and one that makes me wish Joshua and Wilder would fight each other next, even if it is going to be the most ungainly heavyweight title fight since Lewis/Grant.

If he knocked down every opponent he has faced then that is a very impressive statistic, bet that's never been done before.

Shame it will be a long while before we see if he can catch Joshua with it

It's all about who they are knocking out,Briggs holds the world record for the most first round wins but he's far from the biggest puncher in history.

Yeah, people forget Wilder's first 38 opponents were tomato cans and since outpointing Stiverne his challengers have mostly been journeymen. He can certainly hit, but given the opposition his achievement isn't remarkable.

Deontays comments in post fight interview make me think it may be first up for both in 2020. The DAZN boss is in the negotiations apparently. Far too much money to be made for it not to happen. Joshua big KO of Ruiz and the hype will go through the roof.
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Dominic Breazeale on Sky Sports - 18 May 2019
Serious question, what ranking criteria do you both use?

Hope so mate 2020 is better than 2-3year down the line by a long shot
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Dominic Breazeale on Sky Sports - 18 May 2019
I rate all of them to a degree, and think they can all beat one another potentially.
This make believe, ‘because Joshua has beat them it means Fury/Wilder would’ is nonsense though. Povetkin would give Wilder absolute fits. What about Whyte? Joshua beat him up but that doesn’t mean Fury or Wilder would.
Would Wilder beat Parker? Who knows. Obviously he’d start as a favourite but it’s more of a challenge than Breazeale and the likes.
Don’t get me started on Schwarz! I thought it was hilarious when the bloke doing the interview in the ring after the fight last night said ‘surely we don’t want to see the likes of Breazeale, Ruiz or whoever the hell the guy Fury is fighting anymore!’ He’s a diabolical opponent
I feel like Whyte has become the most overrated fighter in the division. Somehow, beating an overrated Parker, a shot to shit Browne and having a war with Chisora (but knocking him out in impressive fashion) has skewed people's perception of him. Remember Pulev beat Chisora in easier fashion aswell.
I feel like Whyte might be able to last about 6 rounds but he'd end up on his back looking up at the lights aswell.

Agree. Can’t understand all the hype about Whyte.

I’m not that high on Whyte myself. Though I’m still reluctant to simply say ‘yeah Wilder and Fury obviously beat him’ ( or the likes )

Very impressive show of power from Wilder, but a completely unsurprising result.
The only surprise is how short the fight was, I expected Breazeale to last about 3-4 rounds.
It was nice to see Wilder finish a fight with a well timed straight right, but Breazeale was open to that from the first bell and the writing was on the wall about 30 seconds into the fight.

Who's hyping him? I've seen people saying he deserves a title shot...rightfully so. He's earned it.
I don't see anybody however thinking he'll win upon being given said title shot.
