I really thought Hughie had turned a corner when he ko’d Sexton, looked like he’d learned his lesson from boxing so negatively against Parker. But every time he steps up, he goes back to his old self. Hopefully he can come out more aggressive if he gets another shot, a big part of me still thinks he could be excellent with the right mindset.brilo33 wrote: ↑07 Mar 2020, 17:48agree maybe it aint in him, but hughie has been fighting before tyson was champ, and lets face it the public didnt like furys till he got up from the wilder knock down, i think people are just disapointed in hughie because i think he could be better than he is , i would back hughie now to ko gorman

When did they change the rules on having massive beards in Britain?
I remember at one time they weren't allowed. My wife has actually asked a boxing question I couldn't answer and it's embarrassing...

Something not right with Quiggs demeanor tonight. Seems very tense with Gallagher too.

Quigg is going to lose here
Re: Round-by-Round: Scott Quigg vs. Jono Carroll - 7 March 2020
Reasonable first round for Jono, could be in for a good night here, but lack of power still worrying despite sending Quigg reeling in first, he was just off balance...
