I wouldn't know.
Usually only the very biggest stars in Women's Boxing stand out to me, and even then they don't stand out much.

Though it could've been an old model Cell Phone I guess. They weren't really a hip thing in the 90's though.

I think that guy was supposedly part of Bowe's entourage as his personal security guard or bodyguard or whatever. So I suppose it would make sense he'd have a walkie talkie.
He definitely escalated situations, and wasn't the kinda guy I'd have had around.
