The lack of good fights and politics was having a toll on my interest but what a special fight and KO that was. We were given a treat. Completely rekindled my love for the sport.
People should watch this fight if they haven’t.
Edit: EO if you are reading this you should make this the first fight you watch in full, you won’t be disappointed.
Miguel Berchelt vs. Oscar Valdez - February 20, 2021
Re: Miguel Berchelt vs. Oscar Valdez - February 20, 2021
Berchelt looked weight drained to me. I think he struggled like hell to make weight and it sapped both his energy and punch resistence. Valdez looked great but that was not the same berchelt we have seen. He has been massive at 130 and used that to his advantage for years but it caught up with him.
He is in trouble. I think he has to move up but with his defense his chin is going to get checked by guys who hit harder than valdez.

I agree a lot with this. Berchelt a future victim of Ryan Garcia? That’s a good matchup for King Ry.jockpunk wrote: ↑23 Feb 2021, 09:30 Berchelt looked weight drained to me.
