massive headbutt opens a huge gash on vargas, and instead of any deduction or the fight being stopped, the fight resumes with him clearly f@cked up by the headbutt, cruz swarms on him and throws him down for a kd

so cruz basically gets rewarded for a foul

Cruz won this. Yes he leads with his head but Vargas was also leaning in with his head. Cruz did what he had to do.

I dunno Cruz is fun, but loads of wild swings, get constantly tagged and did repeated headbutts.
I don't mind him winning, but massive UD, rewarding a foul, calling a KD when the fight should be stopped...?

i thought he won it well enough, i just have a problem with the last round---that was very stinky

reminds me of a fight a few years back.....edgar sosa vs a filipino guy. sosa basically gets floored and knocked out by a headbutt. the ref rules it a foul but sosa is ordered to continue, hardly any time is given, and he's basically totally out of it and gets quickly stopped. punches finished the job but the headbutt did 90 percent of the job
