What’s the deal with this WBC belt? Who has it? Is it vacant? Do they both have it? Is Juan Diaz still WBC champ?

Haney has it. Kam is the franchise champ which doesn’t mean much.

But it's strange. The article above states Haney holds a secondary WBC belt? But he actually holds the legit belt.

Kam is the franchise, which is not the legit.

Even Boxrec, doesn't he state the belts on the line.

belts are now on boxrec.

Haney holds the "real" belt.... But the linage of loma, to lopez, to Kambo of the franchise belt is arguably more respected than the belt they emailed Haney.... (not haneys fault, just not how you wanna win one.).

Just put 20 on Haney to win by stoppage at 6-1.
Can definitely see it.

Kammy is getting roasted as a meme online about his “deception. Art of war” bollocks.

As if Haney is shitting himself over .36lbs.

What does Marvel hold and does anyone know what percentage of it has been sold?

Don’t know how big Kamboses is over there but I didn’t think it was stadium-fight level popularity.
Kambo isnt a big draw, but absolutly could do a stadium for undisputed in melbourn on a saturday night..

But sunday lunch time makes it a bit tricky.

covid probably has some impact too, people just arnt as willing to make early commitments to things, sucks if your from sydney, book flights, hotel, tickets, then 3 days befor you get covid and cant go....
i guess he is greek not a big boxing nation over there in aus , yea i know spartans but they were a long time ago
I lived in Australia for a year, must have been around 2004. Couldn’t believe how little interest there was in boxing over there. I met one guy of Italian heritage who knew about Calzaghe, and that was literally it.

Haney wins this for me, always thought it but the weigh-in confirms it. Unless there’s some home cooking, of course.

Just watched the behind the scenes weigh in. Kam looked to have no worries beforehand so probably a dodgy scale in the hotel.
Don’t think Kamboses has any issues here with lightweight.
I’d be more concerned that he’s shaved .5lbs off in the 70 mins; smacks of a bit of panic.

Why is Kamboses senior a pudendum? Seems a trait in top 10 lightweights.

They talk shit. Blamed the wobbly stage at one point.

Highly unprofessional to miss weight and need 70 mins to “take a quick piss”.

Should be given a financial penalty. If Devin can travel across the world and make 135lbs when he looks the bigger guy then Kam should he doing it.

Cannot stand any weight misses at all. I’m certain at one point Kamboses senior nearly blamed it on his menstrual cycle.

Great entrance by Dad Haney, tips the balance of a 50/50 fight, George seems a little too tightly wound, fancy American to win this now, but he better win it well, otherwise he’s not getting the decision.

he made weight. People get it wrong first weigh in sometimes, his hotel scales might of been weighing a fraction low or somthing mabey he took a sip of water after cleaning his teeth he didnt think about. As long as you make weight within the time limit its alllll good.

Haney wins comfortable for me, Kambosos is a handful, both mentally and physically strong, arguably beat a better fighter in Lopez but I see Haney dominating him, a one sided bore type, hope I'm wrong I'm wanting to see Kambosos take him in deep waters

Don't bank on it. George is a tough little rooster who has fought away from home for the last five years. Melbourne has a huge Greek population so he should get a lot of support.
