This is GGG’s final fight with DAZN btw.
He originally signed a 6-fight contract.
This is only his 5th fight. He renegotiated it when covid kicked in.

Great round for Golovkin. As I said, I think Canelo started far too fast. He might've gassed himself out. Weirdly enough, that might've been his best round in the entire trilogy. Canelo actually looked hurt.

Tenth round to Canelo.
GGG had a brief spell of success, but Canelo won the first couple of minutes.

G is heating up a bit. given him the last 2. had a couple of the early rounds even... if he were to "canelo it" and get given a win it would be poetic...

G is finding his aggression but it’s too late.
He started too slow.
But Canelo has something to do with that. He’s slowed down a lot as the fight went on.

Looks like GGG could only fight 4 rounds @ pace and saved himself for a last effort.
It's now a close fight.

Golovkin won the eleventh.
Canelo looked to take a breather whilst GGG was attempting a last hurrah.
Canelo can afford to coast though, because he has an unassailable lead on the scorecards.

6-5 GGG on my scorecard. Very close fight, honestly. I'm not a fan at all of the wide scoring I'm seeing, but it is within the realm of possibility, depending on who you liked in the swing rounds.
