Just found out they score the incomplete round. Beluta won that and one of the early ones and I think the 2 previous to the stoppage. If he’s shared some of the others then it’s bloody close.

Brilliant fight but Baluta has exposed McCann there as a world prospect. Liam Davies must be laughing

I didn’t know Dave Courtney trained McCann.

86-85 McCann, maybe got out of jail there but can't complain, accidental headclash and that blood was relentless , good sharp start from McCann but Baluta hurt him in the 3rd , gave him a gut check but he rode it out came back into things, got his jab off,.the straight lefts and moved around well, avoiding most of Baluta's lunges, Baluta had his successes but his his work was inconsistent compared to McCann's

The cut changed things though, galvanized Baluta and that just drained McCann, he got ragged and Baluta was landing some big shots, he was lucky it was stopped, Baluta probably would've won so a draw is alright for McCann in the grand scheme

I thought McCann nicked it by a round, but Ionut coming on strong - draw is fair and good for business.

Should be a 12 rounder next time...

McCann looked more impressive than Conlan did.

not sure about that, he got hit a lot easier than conlan did i thought. there were times his head was basically being used as a reflex bag. he did fight back with more fire in him though

inteeresting that the two 86-86 cards scored the 9th even, i'd say if you had to score it based on what happened baluta clearly won that

Absolutely criminal to give that 9th as 10-10 when Baluta clearly won it. Disgraceful and it makes you wonder why it took a long time to... tally up the scores... and get the decision out.

We all know the score by now, no point even discussing the scorecards really.
