Apparently Joshua tried to get out of his arrest by blaming a 'Rasta uncle'.

"Two of them were cool but I could tell that the other one was thinking ‘whatever this guy is talking about, I know he is lying, up to something'.

“They said that my car smelt a bit so I told them my uncle was a Rasta, they smoke weed, and I had just dropped him off at the station."

That judge made a good call giving Joshua a second chance. Many is the time they do that and the offender just repeat offends and is rightfully incarcerated.

ya i agree. there are much harder drugs than weed out there, like cocaine/ecstacy/magic, especially when blended with alcohol. on the lighter stuff like weed, which is now sold legally in many places, it's good to give them another chance and see if they can turn their lives around before laying the smack down. thankfully aj did, fair play to him and his success story

There could be someone driving an old Mercedes around who doesn't realize it was once owned by a former world champion and more than likely originally purchased with the proceeds of crime.

Ya, now that would be something! his ride from the old days before he turned his life around and became the hw champ. hopefully they don't drive at 190mph after drinking 18 pints and being high on cocaine - man that would be hugely dangerous to himself and society!
