A win and a draw vs the outstanding Stevie Johnston. A left uppercut that lifted Cesar Bazan off his feet and make him do a backward roll en route to a brutal TKO win. Taking Mayweather closer to defeat than anyone - incl G Hernandez, C Hernandez, J Chavez, Judah, Corrales - and a magnificent run schooling Juan Lazcano, battering Julio Diaz and catching up with Casamayor, that would have extended had Corrales not spat his gumshield out. Ngoudjo may go on to have a good career - this may e a win that looks better in retrospect.

That said, Hatton should fight Witter next year, whether Ricky is still champ or not. He won't do unless someone beats him and needs a way back to a title, then maybe he would fight Witter.

This is NOT the Castillo who fought Mayweather.

Steve Johnston was batterd by Vivian Harris not too long ago.

The point is - Vastillo is fading and THAT is why Hatton wants him.

Do you think that Hatton would have agome anywhere near the version who fought PBF?.

I thnk not.

Castillo is NOT a suopewrfight at this stage.

PPV? - I am NOT paying for that.

They should pay me!

Hatton is a bully and whenfaced with someone who he only outweigh by 2lbs ( Collazo ) we saw what haoopened - and when he foghts osmeone AS string or stronger ( URANGO ) we saw what happened.

In my book - Hatton is a bit of a bully and a PR Monkey.

Here's what's pissing me off about Hatton-Witter: Yes, it should have happened long ago. And yes, it's clear that Hatton isn't interested in the fight, I won't deny that. But the bullshit coming from Witter and his supporters is really getting on my tits.

Witter is getting more mileage out of the fact that Hatton won't face him than he is out of any of his in ring performances. Which Hennessey sports know, which is why they put out their ridiculous press releases saying the fight has to happen this summer, despite the fact that they know that Hatton is fighting Castillo in June, so there is no chance of Hatton-Witter this Summer.

Witter has, quite frankly, been shit in his last 4 fights. That doesn't excuse the fact that Hatton should fight him, but throwing Hatton's name out there doesn't half disguise the fact that Witter just hasn't looked that good. Witter has made a career out of calling out Hatton. Hatton-Witter is only of interest in Britain. And whilst I really want to see the fight, and whilst Hatton is to blame, given that he apparently had a Witter fight written into his contract once upon a time, let's stop with the bullshit that Junior is somehow as pure as the driven snow. He 'wants the big fights' apparently, so why does he spend all his time talking about Hatton? Because Hatton is the only fight out there for him. Hatton has certainly fought fighters of a less than stellar standard, I won't argue with that. But Witter is an absolute nobody, in world terms. I don't put that forward as an excuse, because Urango, for instance, is hardly a household name.

But Witter is no better known, nor has he achieved more than M'Baye. But nobody is calling for Hatton to fight him. Witter can take the moral high ground as much as he likes, but the fact is, nobody gives a fornicate about him. Without Hatton, he's got nothing. Mick Hennessey was talking about Corrales. That fight will never happen. Witter can want the big fights for all he's worth, but he's not going to get them. He knows that, and so do Hennessey sports.

M'Baye doesn't have a Brit, Commonwealth and European title now does he? He Is a champ like Witter but Witter's achieved more.

Given that he's French, it's hardly a surprise that he doesn't have a British or Commonwealth belt. I'm fairly sure he could beat Alan Bosworth and Laatekwei Hammond if he had to though. As for the European title, he fought Jurgen Haeck before Witter did, and stopped him quicker into the bargain.

That's so over the top it's unreal. He's been effective against some good/decent fighters.

Wouldn't be surprised if Castillo or N'dou finishes Hatton's career off. Witter will get more respect post-Harris.

True, that was a bit harsh on my part. I'm just so frustrated with the whole saga.

LOL, I've warmed to Witter's style and Hatton's (in)actions have won me over to Jr's plight. Anyway, the best are going to be fighting each other - Hatton-Castillo, Witter-Harris - so who knows what will happen after, as these are all hard to pick.

I just hope, for Junior's sake, that Harris doesn't show his usual negotiating skills. He's not going to get paid much to challenge Witter. Now, any sensible fighter would take the short term loss for the long term gain. But can Harris be called sensible? I just have a horrible feeling he'll pull out of any negotiations, claiming he was disrespected or something.

Hatton Vs Castillo

N'Dou Vs Kostya Tszyu

In the background Witter ranting and raving about Hatton.

PBF wins DLH retires

N'Dou wins Tszyu retires

Hatton gets PBF

Witter gets N'Dou

Witter V Hatton
Thats as far as my fantisies go for the moment. :D

BUT

It all goes wrong Tszyu & Hatton win & Tszyu gets a rematch with Hatton .
Tszyu wins this time and gets to fight PBF.
Witters shouting pays off and we get Hatton Vs Witter but not so much shine after Hatton loses is clean record.

I remember Harris getting all weird about coming to fight Hatton. Maybe Witter being champion changes that.

Re Hatton - That's one problem with magazine titles, ring titles, lineal titles. Ppl can say Hatton is the real champ, but he won't even fight the #2 in the division
