The thing I can never get my head around is if the deep state is so powerful, if the democrats have infiltrated it so deeply, then why was Trump allowed to win not once but twice, and how did the democrats manage to rig the 2020 elections, when Trump and his party held the levers of power.
How could everything be rigged now, when the republicans hold every single lever of power imaginable, including a compliant supreme court.
It's totally mind boggling.

Even Mississipi might fall.
There's less than about 50 votes in it at the moment.
I'd say that a lot of the bloodletting to come will be by Republicans, on Republicans. They'll tear themselves apart looking for answers, and most fingers will point at the felon. Massive rush to distance themselves from Trump. And any prominent republican who was visibly all in with the orange slug will get it in the neck from the rank and file.
As for the turd himself, I think he cares about these elections a lot less than we think he does. He certainly didn't govern like he gave a crap. Which tracks, uber narcissists only get impassioned when it's their name on the line (or the ballot). He's stuffed billions into family accounts in the past 22 months and will keep doing whatever he wants - for now.

His main objectives will be to avoid jail time, and protect all the money they've acquired illegally.
Although probably worth bearing in mind how vindictive he is - he may well want to punish the American public for handing his ass to him. That's what makes him dangerous.
