Putin went to War when Russian Billionaires and other elites were upset over Ukrainian aggressions towards the large Russian populous areas. Several years ago circa 2014 there was a Democratic election in the Crimea as to where they wanted to be represented. The Russians won, but Ukrainians were not satisfied resulting on the ongoing hostilities.
As some may remember I posted Putin's lengthy pronunciamento, ie a public proclamation, declaration, or manifesto involving Stalin's allowing Ukrainian State that Putin says was a mistake. Most of you Genii could not read it much less understand that it's essentially a Civil War Declaration. Basically Ukrainians and Russians are essentially the same peoples heavily mixed through their long history under Stalin. Khrushchev for example was Ukrainian.
If a deal is made, I'd think Putin takes all the majority Russian areas marking a reduction Ukraine's territory. Likely this wouldn't have happened without the UN and EU falling apart, ie Nature abhors a vacuum.

I actually agree with that. Forget DSA vs not DSA. Tell me EXACTY what the BILL says. Keep the border relatively closed like Clinton and Obama did and NOT like Biden. Stop worshipping trans teens. Gov. Andy Beshear (KY-D) fits that perfectly. Not sure his exact age. Ossoff (he is Jewish but has criticized Israel is also a good choice.) If AOC or Bernie want to move the party more left let them offer specifics and see if they sell.
