The strait was open before America decided to invade.

It will remain open permanently when the Iranian Regime are toast. If Trump had any balls there would be islamic clerics left to 'close' it.
It was open permanently before American launched their invasion.
Who closed it?

Infact, that's such stupid terminology, it's a body of water miles wide, not a door. Saying it's "closed" is a funny way of saying "A jihadist theocracy will attack ships sailing through it".

Destroy the regime.

Apparently, Trump posted Sinatra's ‘My Way’ on truth social over weekend.

If true it’s a clue. He knows his time is limited.

Either way, he won’t see out the year as Prez.

The celebrations throughout the World when that happens will make Orban's downfall look like a toddler's 4th Birthday party. :yay:

You kind off get the impression that Trump is in no hurry to end the closure of the straits.

But from his point of view and his MAGA world, the US oil and gas companies are doing very very well out of the current situation.

Too bad for about 30% of the world's population or almost 3 billion people that are now being held hostage by a clown that started a war essentially on a gut feeling and then totally miscalculated the outcome.

It's pretty obvious that he thought the US military could just fire off thousands off missiles from a very safe distance and the regime would roll over without the involvement of a massive ground force.

Also too bad that the oil market is a global market and that the price of gas in the US is affected the same way as in any other market on the planet. Unless Trump restricts US oil exports it matters dick that the US is technically self sufficient. The price of gas, or anything else for that matter, doesn't affect Trump personally, so therefor he doesn't care at all.

TACO. It’s good that he is extending the ceasefire but how can Iran take him seriously when he keeps going back on promises and threats?

Trump seems to be more and more mentally unstable - we never know what he's going to do next. He contradicts himself more often now - he's not behaving like a president.

His popularity is at an all-time low.

He has never behaved like a president it's just now he's completely mental, apparently they litterally kicked him out of the war briefing meetings as he was talking about nuking Iran. America is such an embarrassment right now and noone is doing anything about it.

Nobody can. They have the Senate and The House. The only people who could do something about it is the other Republicans in the Senate. They COULD theoretically stand up to Trump, and stand against a lot of his bullsh*t, but they won't.

Apparently true, he wanted to drop nukes on Iran and it was General Caine who told him 'No!', 'We're not going to do that', or words to that effect and then there was a loud disagreement between them.

Like you say Roy, it's got to the point that they now keep him out of the meetings when they are talking anything military as they don't trust his sanity.

The very real danger is that he fires him and puts some ass kissing psycho in the roll who will just do such things.

I'm 100 pct against war with Iran, but if the US military finds itself struggling against Iran, I don't see where it's Trump's fault.

A broken clock is right twice a day and an example of that is when Trump said Tucker isn't particularly bright.
