The 2 pretty boys are coming on

good idea, lets go for other one as my prediction looks terrible after that second round!whicker wrote:Should we make a decision about which thread for the "Round by round?" This or the other one?
Keep it in one place?

Yeah, Hunter is simply a one dimensional fighter and will be coming forward doing the same things. He is not special in any area, pretty average overall. Booth is a MUCH better boxer and should be able to work Hunter over. It shouldn't be a competitive fight. I expect Booth to come in with a solid gameplan and be prepared entirely for Hunters game. It's not a mystery as to how Hunter will go about the job. How people think he can beat a boxer like Booth is beyond me.

Put that in ya pipe and smoke it you clueless guesserTheGoods wrote:
Hagler. I hope you are true to your word and retire from posting if Hunter wins. You are a bitter, horrible man without a good word to say about anyone. Let us hope you walk away into the sunset and live blissfully in that BIG PLAYER'S MANSION of yours. In, er, Consett...
And you can go play a mean tune on my blue vain sax you gobshÃteNorthEastBoxingFan wrote:
And as for Hagler, unfortunately, that wind-bag is gone after tomorrow night.....

actually yes, your boy made booth look like ali !!NorthEastBoxingFan wrote:Utter nonsense. What's Booth, Muhammad F. Ali??
actually yes, thats what booth looked like tonight !!NorthEastBoxingFan wrote:You'd think that Booth was the bloody second coming of Sugar Ray Leonard. Get real.

'who's that and he's over the hill....its mickey hunter, mickey hunter !!' .......

Rhino... your boy took a HELL of a beating. One of the best nights ever for me. I won three grand backing Mick at 5/2. I smell magic in the air again people...
how long do we have to wait to be dazzled by him? ..TheGoods wrote:Mick's winning this on Friday night. Booth won't keep him off. He's not big enough. Prepared to be dazzled once again by the Easington Road Tornado....
oh really !!NorthEastBoxingFan wrote:how disrespectful.rhino222 wrote:everything seems to be in hunters favour........but...... will his paper heart let him down again?
I don't say that to offend you, just to let you know that comments like that send your credibility p*ssing out the window..
ok, fair enough, ive had enough of rubbing it in anyway, its getting boring.opticald wrote:I think NEBF and TheGoods took things a bit too personally in this thread.
Fair enough they like Hunter, but the questions about his heart and committment to the game were highly warrented. Posters were jumped on by NEBF and TheGoods for questioning Hunter. I predicted a quit job by Hunter and got roasted by NEBF. 5 rounds into the fight everybody at home hears hunter shouting "Pull me out! Pull me out!".
It's only boxing lads. This isn't a forum where we are supposed to hate each other. Hunter was treated like a mug tonight by 2 Smooth, as we all thought. I made 200 quid on the fight.

funny thread guys.......u wont be hearing from TheGoods(well, no sober posts anyway) for a while. I know both TheGoods and Micky and they will both be crestfallen by this. The only bet we would probably all agree on is that Decker and Micky won't be sober for at least a fortnight. Maybe 3 weeks........and I'm not joking. Ask any ex-boxer or indeed any ex-half decent sportsman at whatever sport, how they feel when they "know" that it's gone, how they feel when you look great, that u feel great, that everythings gone superb in the build-up but when the competition starts and you KNOW what you want to do do but you just CAN'T do it and you get made a fool of. It's a horrible horrible feeling and it takes MONTHS to get over. I still cry about 2nd place in the the 2006 Hartlepool gurning finals.rhino222 wrote:how long do we have to wait to be dazzled by him? ..TheGoods wrote:Mick's winning this on Friday night.
