What on earth are jibbering on about?

What has this got to do with your thick, violent BCFC mates causing bedlam on saturday?

Somebody PLEASE post the video of the little green arsehole just before he gets sparked.

These things tend to have a cumulative effect and thus a posting of the KiwiRider before he gets banged out, might lead to someone posting a video of the actual knockout.

We need the green turd exposed. Someone do it please :bag:

True - all that pent up aggression by getting their ass kicked off Stanley Baker and Michael Caine and ten Welshmen!

Boys - live and let live - Rourkes Drift was a long time ago - 1964! :DDD

And they were all given a digital watch when they got here too. In a side note, whatever happened to that cow?

Same here in Thailand. In 2.5 years here, I have seen maybe half a dozen fights on a night out. On a bad night, I could see that many on a single night in a British town or city! And, yes, of those fights here, all of them involved at least one Brit, or were fights between Brits.

The taxes paid by working immigrants exceed what is spent on them - and the NHS and police force are funded by taxes.

The point is, whatever the statistical figures, it's still significantly more than in other countries,

ironically Oliver, outside boxing, i haven't seen a single fight in a british city centre/pub for- god, it must be a decade or so. I must be frequenting the wrong places. actually tell a lie i saw a crap half-fight at my local a year ago. but its far from the case that I am seeing drunken brawls wherever I go- and I go out a lot.

bennie wrote:It's the way these people go on the attack when a fighter is down which pisses me off. The Mexicans did it when Johnny Owen was down in 1980 and we vilified them and assured everyone that it could never happen here. Then came Eubank-Watson II, and the scenes as James Murray lay dying on the canvas 15 years ago in Glasgow still make me feel sick.
Yes, the Murray situation was despicable. Didn't the crowd violence actually impede Murray's exit from the venue and thus delay his arrival at hospital? How crucial that was will never be known, but what utterly appalling excuses for the species.

Oh yeah, I agree it's exaggerated, and I think 99% of the time like attracts like, and trouble can be avoided by almost anyone who isn't looking for it, but still, whatever your own experiences, I stand by my assessment that it is far more commonplace in Britain than anywhere else in the world I have been out drinking in.

A law came out pretty recently regarding football. If a ground can't get the stewarding right or simply need extra police they get charged the wages of each extra officer needed. If they rolled this out over all sporting events the problem could be addressed. More & better stewarding has been the result at most grounds as this says to the venue; ''If you don't sort it out it's going to cost you alot of money''

Surely now it's time for the British Board of Boxing to set up a task force on this if it seems like many major events are spoilt by drunken, fighting louts.

BBBofC should focus their efforts on getting some consistency in their scoring before worrying about crowd trouble. I don't think the brawls in the arena are licensed bouts.

I think the more coverage these sick twats get and the more people talk about it, then the more it plays into their hands. Knowing how their minds work I gurantee the ones involved will spend the next few weeks down the pub describing the events with an extreme amount of exageration to their fellow friends, and in the process trying to get over how hard they think they are.

Unfortunately its the yobbish British culture that too many people thrive on.

I was referring to the previous post where it is said that the UK's drink problem is putting a strain on the NHS & Police. It is no coincidence that getting an appointment at your local doctors is near impossible these days. They tell me it is all the 'new' patients....

But you are right, I was jibbering, there is a time and a place for this one.

Regarding your 'thick, violent BCFC mates' comment. Do you know something about the arrests we don't, and want to share? The simple minded view to take is to assume it was Blues, as it was in Brum. If you were there, you were most likely down the front, therefore most likely seen fcuk all.

Course I wasn't there - I now live in China  However, the witnesses views on here of how shit unfurled seem to collaborate with each other - I'll take that! :TU: BCFC fans have previous. If we add two and two together in this case - more than likely it will make four.

Yes, there is a time and place to rant about the evils of immigrants. There is a place called saturn. Thankfully - Oliver Fennell brought some fact based balance to your rant.

Anybody care to upload this video for me as I cannot get into my youtube. I will email it you, drop me a PM.

Carlos, you will see from the clip that Blues were not involved in a mass brawl, unless they can fight and sing at the same time.

So the 80 or 90 chanting 'zulu' that all rushed forward and proceeded to punch shit out of anything within 5 yards are in no way associated with Birminghams football element of the same name, in the same city?
