No its not. Thats a myth created by Jim Jacobs. He never had the 14th round of that fight. All he ever had was rounds 5-10. When he showed it on TV he edited it to make it look like the film was stopped and then created that story that the police stopped it to prevent audiences from seeing Johnson knock out Burns. That never happened. The film was shown in its entirety all over the world including the knockout. Its easy to find contemporary articles that prove this. It was never stopped by police. There are rounds missing, but I always thought the footage of the 14th round was accurate? Is this not the case?

The police stopped the fight. They didnt stop the filming of the fight.
